Yesterday night I ordered a supreme pizza and I paid $23.74(pizza and delivery fees) plus I have $3 tip to the driver. The pizza was a mess it was saggy not well cooked and he crust wasn’t crunchy. It seems they just wanted to have it delivered so they can close. I called to let them know that I want my money back and they can have the pizza back. I spoke to Adriana(the assistant manager) and she was extremely rude didn’t want to give me my money back and told me that she can give me $5 off coupon for my next purchase. Are you kidding me? I asked her to talk to the store manager and she told me that she was not there but if I go to the store she can give me my money back. She only gave me the $18 for the pizza and she said that store manager was not going to give me the total I paid. This is the most terrible and horrible customer service experience. I will never recommend this place in fact I will let people know about my experience. What a mess. This people should received a better csr training. I am the customer and the leaf you could have done is give me everything I paid plus a coupon for at least what I spent in your horrible restaurant. I asked why she immediately transferred me without saying anything I explained my situation to a girl in the phone and she put me on hold for an hour with no intention of picking it back up so we drove there and I asked for them to just cancel the order and get my money back she then told me I never placed and order so I showed them taking the 40$ from my card and she said to call. Higher up after calling twice and this first time I called the girl gave me an incorrect number to call again and check on my process so I called today and the man I spoke to was very rude and told me I’d just have to wait 1-3 days which isn’t a problem except I was told 1-3 days this first tike ive called i asked for someone higher up he told me no they weren't in i asker when they would be so i could call during that time he said he didn't have the information i asked if he could get it and he said no rudely then hung up the phone . so not only did i not receive a pizza they took 40$ from me and have refused to give it back . absolutely been a horrible...

I was on the way home from the cancer center at Ball Hospital. My husband has chemo infusions there. When we arrive home from the hospital there's a home care nurse coming from Indy to hook him up to chemo for the weekend. We had just enough time to pick up a pizza on the way home, eat before the nurse arrived or so I thought. Wrong! I had to wait close to half an hour longer than the time promised. I realized my phone call did not go to the restaurant but rather to a call center. The lady at the call center was very professional also. She told me my pizza would be ready in fifteen minutes. The problem being she had no idea that there had been a large order placed right before mine which put my order way behind.
