I took my daughter here just the other night we went through the drive thru and we ALWAYS check our bag at the window before we even pull off because if we pull off then we have to go all the way around back through the drive thru and wait in the long line again just to have something replaced that should have been made right or in our bag to begin with (that's why there's usually 2 people at the window) 1 to take your order and 1 to collect money and make sure EVERYTHING is in the bag. But as we were sitting in the drive thru the lady that took our order opened the window back up and RUDELY asked why we were sitting at the window and i replied we were just checking our bag because sometimes we are missing items. She waited with the window open and my daughter saw that there was a 5 layer burrito missing so I told the lady and handed her our bag, before even looking in our bag she said that she saw my daughter take something out of our bag and hide it beside her. She proceeded to get hateful with myself and my daughter who is 15 and told me that she watched my daughter take the burrito from the bag and put it beside her in the seat. My daughter opened the back door (facing drive-thru) and said do you want to search me over a burrito and for your information ma'am it's the little bit of napkins you gave me and grabbed the napkins and held them up. The drive thru lady then went through all the contents of our bag and what the mix up was over was they didn't properly wrap one of the burritos so the 5 layer had been in the bag the whole time but as she went through everything she wrote on the wrapping what that specific item was but when she was all done she looked at us and said in the most hateful way possible that "the 5 layer was in your bag the whole time" so my daughter and I both apologized said we were sorry for holding up the drive thru we were just wanting to make sure we had everything so we didn't have to come back through the long line and the lady working then pretty much threw the bag at me and just said "yep, next time you have to go around". I then explained EVERYTHING to her like before about why we go through the bags and we aren't the only ones that check their bags and we wouldn't have to if your people would do their job that's assigned to them on the deployment board. Your drive through worker is down right rude! She could have apologized as well especially for accusing my daughter of stealing a 5 layer burrito just to get another one!! Overall an absolute awful experience! Taco Bell on south Madison Street is such a...
Read moreThis review is not based on the food but an experience here! The other day we turned into the parking lot. A girl was texting on her phone and walked right out in front of us, we hit our breaks so we didn’t hit her. As this was the second restaurant we were going to we had 2 pops and some food from Burger King. When we hit our breaks the large pop went straight into my floor board. I had just paid $100 to get my car detailed and since the employee kept walking as if nothing had happened I because furious! When I went in to ask for some napkins and explained what had happened a manager pointed to the napkins and told me to get them myself. As I told her I had no shoes on, they were soaked in pop, I was not aloud to walk a crossed the store! I was told to get out of the store without receiving the napkins. Furious I asked what the employees name was and was told they did not have to give me their name! So fast forward 2 days later. I called to speak to the store manage. He offered to pay me $20 out of his own pocket to pay for the 1/5th of the car the pop hit. I told him absolutely not because that was not fair to him. I just wanted some reassurance that the employee and manager would be taken care of in an appropriate manor even if it’s a write up and training on how to handle customers because you should ALWAYS give your name if a customer says they are reporting a situation! After being reassured it would be looked into and taken care of he offered a few more times to give me a gift card or whatever I wanted out of his own pocket. I told him I really didn’t want that at all! I am so surprised to see a store manager go ABOVE and beyond store expectations to run a store! Thank you, Trevor, for being so kind...
Read moreI go to this taco bell at least 3 times a week. Tonight was the worst. I came to the counter and the cashier, Monica M, was more worried about her phone than getting my order right. I asked for a number 6 for my girlfriend. The number 6 is 2 chalupa, 1 taco and a drink. I asked for it with no tomato and no lettuce on the chalupas and taco soft with just sour cream and cheese. She told me to just get the double chalupa box because it was the same thing. I told her no and that I wanted the number 6. I also ordered myself the number 12 which is the steak quesarito meal. I asked for the taco soft with no lettuce and add sour cream. I got my drinks and took them to the car. I came back in and she was back on her phone and pushed a box and bag in front of me. I told her I wanted the number 6 and not the box meal and she pushed the box closer and said "have a good night". I bit my tongue and went home. The double chalupa had tomatoes and lettuce on it and nacho cheese which is why I wanted the number 6 in the first place. The soft taco had lettuce and no sour cream. My girlfriend picked up the chalupa and the whole thing fell apart. My quesarito had beef on it and not steak and my soft taco also had lettuce and no sour cream. My receipt clearly says the order and nothing was right and I was charged for everything. I have crones and although taco bell isn't the best for me, I cannot have lettuce. I had to order a pizza from papa John's instead and spend even more money. I tried to call taco bell to complain and nobody ever answered. I wont be back. I'd rather drive across town to get my...
