Worst service ever from KFC! On Friday Nov 15th. We placed our order at 8:23 or 8:24 p.m.. when we got up the window to pay. There was issues with the tap pay. So I went ahead and went inside. Took care of it and paid for it. Then the cashier asked if I would go ahead and pull up and around and park in front of the front door. Not saying which side or or anything like that and then park there in front of the front doors. 10 minutes had went by and I went ahead and I went inside. Just seeing how much longer it would be before we received our food. The one lady at the window said I will go ahead and check that for you and see how many minutes it's going to be. She stood there, ignored me. Talking to the other employees, not even asking how much longer on the chicken. Now mind you I'm being very patient. So I asked one more time and then one of the employees from back behind where the chicken was being fried. She step out and was really rude towards me. Then the lady at the front cash register. I'm assuming she was a manager. She didn't come out and say it. I was like she asked me what the problem was and I was like I've already waited 17 minutes for the chicken or for my order. Then she proceeded on telling me it was going to be another 17 to 19 minutes before the check-in got done. Before we even ordered our food we sat in line for over 10 minutes. It was ultimately the worst service I have ever had from KFC! No apologies from the employees. And when did KFC stop selling green beans? Other than that I've always loved KFC always. That place...
Read moreTerrible!! I called my order in talked to Dillon the manager, he took my order at 4:38 pm told me it would be 20 minutes! I was leaving the Mcgalliard store(45 min wait for chicken there)when I called the south madison store! I ordered a 16pc half thigh, half breast with 3 mashed potatoes and gravy and 1 coleslaw! My food still wasn't ready at 5:30pm! While I was standing there waiting a customer comes in behind me walks up to the counter and said Amber do you have my filets ready! Amber suddenly appeared said she was the manager I complained asked to talk to Dillon he never came! Amber then packed her friends filets and said drop filets, please, as I am STILL WAITING!!! Drive thru is lined up a family was waiting for a 20pc meal inside! Finally got my food got home no Cole slaw Mac and cheese! instead!!! I will never go to KFC on South Madison again!! Read moreI placed a delivery order from here. Once the food leaves the store it is out of there hands. I was missing part of the order. I contacted the driver and was told that was everything the handed him. OK so I go on line and it says something about contacting the store with issues. So I call the store. Am placed on hold and told that they will be back with me as soon as they are done with the customer that I can hear giving detailed changes through the drive through. I think ok no big deal take care of the customer there I can wait. 9:30 minutes later I'm still on hold and decide to get back on line. Make it through the virtual chat bot to a person. (All the time still on hold) get a refund for my missing items and finish the conversation. I hung up the phone conversation with the Madison store after 22:55minutes with no one ever having come back on the line. That is poor customer service. I do not go to KFC in this town often, this...
