Subway — Restaurant in Muncie

I put zero stars if I could. Ordered a couple of sandwiches for my daughters and should have checked the bag. Arriving at home my daughter looked in the bag and was amazed how skinny the sandwiches were. I took a look and thr sandwich was literally about as wide as a TV remote (picture below). My other daughter went to unwrap hers and you can clearly see it was pretty much smashed together due to how tight it was. I then took then back and only got excuses even though it was acknowledged I had been there minutes before. I'm not sure I received a Receipt so showed them my actual bank account on my phone, showing I just purchased the food and was told without a receipt nothing could be done. I will speak with management but make sure you check you bag before you leave. Highly unprofessional.

Went in the next morning and spoke to the manager and showed her the sandwiches, (she thought one was a flat wrap due to how it looked). She gave me replacements and was professional. I'm raising my stars from 1 to 5 due to the managers...

I went to the Madison street subway last week to get dinner for my family of 6. I was told they were in a coupon freeze and none of their locations were accepting coupons right now due to food cost going up. They lied... I paid full price for a family of 6 that lives off 1 income. All kinds of different sandwiches and salads that are custom made to the customer's liking. There are also several different choices of bread, cheese, meats, veggies, and sauces. I like the steak and cheese sandwich with wheat bread, American cheese, and I like my sandwich toasted. The toppings I like as far as veggies go are: light onions, green peppers, banana peppers, then I add southwest sauce and mayo. The flavors blend well together, in my opinion.
