Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Muncie

We arrived at the Dairy Quees on South Madison, rudely greeted by Jacob (one of the front line workers) after placing our order, he decided that arguing with my husband (who has no arms) about the cup size he was able to hold. He then served our food, did not bring the entire order and argued with me again about my burger being microwaved and without asking how he could help make it better he just walks off. We asked for ketchup and mustard, which he found appropriate to throw it at out table. Not one time did he ask how we were doing. My husband goes to place an ice cream order, after placing the ice cream order, Jacob takes payment then decides to tell my husband they were out of one of the items he had just paid for!!

This shop used to be phenomenal, now with bad service, microwaved food (which should never happen in any restaurant) and placing/paying order to be told they did not have the product; this has become the absolute worst...

Everytime I come here the staff is very rude. I am currently sitting in the parking lot after going through the Drive-Thru. They handed us our food but they didn't put the sauce in the bag that we were charged for. They proceeded to argue with us that is was in the bag when we asked about it. We took all the food out of the bag to prove it wasn't in there and realized the pretzel sticks had salt on them. We said no salt and the reciept said no salt as well. When they brought us our sauce, I informed him that my order was wrong. While I was talking he shut the window on me. Then he told the other staff "now they are complaining about their pretzel sticks". Yes we complained because it was incorrect not to be rude. 10/10 do NOT recommend. I worked there in the past and I can personally say the management there...

I just ordered two blizzards here, and despite always being a polite customer, I ended up the butt of some strange teen joke.... One was an Oreo Dirt Pudding Blizzard, and one was an Ultimate Chocolate Brownie Blizzard. The first came devoid of Oreo, instead having large chocolate chips... It's horrible, that's unacceptable. I was not warned of a lack of ingredients, or substitution. So that's pretty bad, but wait, it gets much worse... The second blizzard is packed full... Of gummy worms... Upon calling and calmly explaining that my order must have been chalked... This kid tells me both were supposed to come with gummy worms......
