McDonald's — Restaurant in Mundelein

every time i go the service gets slower and slower. i went inside to order and was waiting 5+ minutes at the front for someone to take my order and no one came. they kept looking over and making eye contact with me and continued working on drive thru. didn’t tell us to wait a moment, didn’t tell us to give them a second, nothing. we ended up ordering in the kiosk instead. it took them 30 minutes to bring us our food. not to mention there were other people waiting for their food before we got there as well. more people kept getting there and waiting for their order to be taken and they continued to work on drive thru without acknowledging them. i also noticed every single car in drive thru was getting parked. all of them. i get it, it can get busy and hectic at times and it’s completely understandable. i’ve worked at a fast food place before. but this happens every single time ive gone, no matter if it’s the morning, the afternoon, or at night. we always have to wait at least 15 minutes when we order inside or get parked if we order in the drive thru. this place used to be great, but lately the service has been...

It's been a while since I visited the inside of a McDonald's. My wife and daughter were with me. We were very impressed with the new touch screens self ordering stations. We Use one of the 6 stations to place our order. I found the ordering process easy to navigate and easy to place our order. We did not have to wait for someone to take our order. The employees were quick to respond to our order after it was submitted. Our order was correct. My wife has Celiac and can not eat any food that contains gluten. She placed her order and was able to customize her meal to her liking and needs. My daughter is a picky eater and was also able to customize her order to her liking. We all liked this system very much. I am not sure how long this system has been in place, but I hope more places incorporate...

This has to be the one of the worst McDonald's I've been too.

I ordered a #5 Breakfast combo that comes with 2 McGriddles. The first time they messed up my order they gave 1 McGriddle with 2 apple pies. I didn't realize it until I got to work. I wasn't too upset about the mixup as I figured they ran out of McGriddles and gave me 2 apple pies to compensate. But no, they just probably gave the wrong order.

The second time I ordered a #5 the following week. The guy at the first window seemed to be not present and was mumbling. I pull to the second window and this time I check before pulling off. They only gave me 1 McGriddle again. I immediately let them know.

I've gotten 2 wrong orders twice in two weeks. I wouldn't recommend getting breakfast here unless you...
