I walked in the building and did not feel welcomed. A simple good morning, a hi , or "welcome to Starbucks" would have made my experience more satisfying. I am expressing my experience only to promote awareness of the importance of customer service. That's it that's all. Next time I stop by I hope that I can have a better experience. I was unable to order anything hence I received a call and had to run out. In other words Starbucks lost a sale due to failing to perform the "fast implementation act" that exists in the world of business. I will be back hoping for a better outcome
