Tamales Diana — Restaurant in Mundelein

Ok so i love trying Mom and Pop homemade mexican food and had high hopes for this place....... but the food was not very good the tacos themselves were ok but the beans had ZERO flavor and i watched as the cook pull a Tupperware container from the microwave which had my serving of rice in it and was then dumped into my foood container. The rice just like the beans had ZERO flavor and was like eating cream of wheat. I found myself using the salt coated chips to attemp to bring a little flavor to the sides which still really did not help. I also asked for extra cheese which i was charged for that didnt exist. I will definitely not be back...

First of all why would you not call door dash if you don’t use them anymore. I placed an order about 39 minutes in advance to make sure it got here before my lunch break. 1 hour goes by nothing 2 hours go by and the first order is still being processed. Place another order same things 3 hours later I call the restaurant dude gives me lip and attitude about it. It’s simple remove your restaurant from online listings if you don’t offer delivery or pick up. Waits of money and time tbh……. Won’t be getting nada...

My brother and his worker ordered horchata's ... It smelled like it was left out for months in the heat. Extremely Rancid! I Ordered chicken flautas and the meat was frozen in the center... My brother's worker said the steak taco tasted like dog meat.. Now we are back on the job site moving an air-conditioning hvac system down stairs and our guts are feeling odd... I wouldn't spend your lunch break there.. The worst restaurant food...
