I needed food for a party of 10 after work on a Friday. I called the day before to ask if they delivered and the lady who answered the phone said no, only through Door Dash. Simple enough, or so I thought. On Friday at 1 PM I ordered the food to be delivered at 5:30 PM. An hour later, 2:00 PM, I get a phone call from the restaurant saying that my order was ready that it has been for a while... Excuse me?! What am I going to do with all that food so early? Nobody was even at the location to receive the food because the food was 3.5 hours early. The lady was very rude, saying that I never specified what time, when in fact I did. That's why nobody at Door Dash had picked it up. Pretty much an, "it is what it is" attitude. She sent me to call Door Dash and they were no help. All they did was send a delivery driver to pick up and drop off the food early. Lucky the food was still somewhat warm when it was delivered. Still earlier than when I needed it. I'm very disappointed with the service. There is no sense of customer service. It was a big order. How do you treat smaller orders? That will definitely be the last time I go there. You lost a good customer. You should teach your staff how to work...

Price wise, this place is actually a good value. I ordered a $5.50 burrito and ate it for dinner and lunch the next day. Guacamole and all avocado products are EXCELLENT. Somehow they found a way to keep all avocados at the perfect ripeness. Fair variety of vegetarian options, and vegans could ask them to hold the sour cream and cheese on the vegetarian dishes.
Cons- Table service is not very good because the waitress also doubles as a cook. Fajitas are a tad expensive compared the rest of the food ($11) and not as good as other Mexican places. In addition only the first basket of chips and salsa is free, and after that it's about $2 each.
It's a local little place and seemed authentic to me and I would go there again for some pretty good...
Read moreIf you call & ask if this location has the "Dollar Tacos Tuesday" and they say "Yes," that actually means "No.' I called-in to verify if they participated in the $1 Taco-Deal, since not ALL Tacos El Norte locations do, and I even asked again before placing a pick-up order. Since the answer to my question was "Yes" both times, I ordered with the expectation to be charged +/- $1 per taco, but when I arrived my total, of course, was full price. Okay-- well, I paid the tab and left no tip since I was misled into choosing this place for dinner with the incorrect information. You guys HAVE to consider the possibility that customers could be experience some realconfusion when the person taking your order doesn't understand what you're saying, but ALSO lets you think that you're on...
