Burger Street USA — Restaurant in Mundy Charter Township

I Visited Burgers St., Grill on Saturday the 11th. I went through the drive-through. I placed my order, I went to the window. There was a young pretty girl,dark petite absolutely the rudest customer service window person I’ve ever encountered. I am 57 years old,I was being very kind.The incident that happened is when the girl tried to hand me my two pops they were dripping with pop all over the sides all over the top because they were overfilled and I simply said oh honey, can you please wipe the cups down? I don’t want that pop all over the inside of my car She gave me the nastiest look, turned around, slammed the cups on the counter and said….so I’ll just give you new ones, I said “oh no”you don’t have to give me new ones. Just wipe them or give me the napkins and I’ll wipe them. It’s not a big deal and her attitude became even worse through my ordeal as I was sitting at the window ,I just couldn’t figure it out why she was so nasty. I thought what the heck,what did I do? Why is she behaving like this so then it comes to the time for her to give me our food,she had the bag of fries and condiments and then she just went to hand me the two containers not even in a bag just two containers and I looked at her and I said well can I have a bag for the containers? She pretty much threw the bag at me that had the fries and said have a bag right here and she shook it and like threw it at me,I mean she didn’t release it but she went forward with the bag at me like she’s gonna just toss it at me and I said no can I have a bag for my food for my two containers , in case it spills over, I really don’t want anything in my car. We’re not eating in my car. We’re taking it home and she stepped back. Slamed the doors of the window slammed the containers of food on the counter and just tossed her body around grabbed a bag and slammed my food in the bag and ,opened up the window and and I said whoa, what is the problem,I said you have no customer service skills and she smirked and she didn’t say a word to me, which is worse because she just really...

Tonight I stopped by to grab dinner. I told them I wanted the extra crispy chicken meal, with a shake; and a 1/4 pound hamburger. I drove up to the window and they took my payment and a few minutes later gave me my bag of food, which I knew felt too light. First of all, I ordered a small shake and they gave me a large, then they did not add in the fries That come with a meal. So they charged me for the larger size shake, and if I wanted fries, I had to pay that price instead of getting it as part of my meal, which the lady at the window confirmed what I thought, it cost me more. I ordered the crispy chicken and they gave me the baked chicken. Also, when they did, give me the fries you could tell they were old. Also, the hamburger was red inside. Very frustrating, The lady said because they had already taken my payment. They couldn’t do anything about it. I did not even get a sorry out of them for their mistake. When I put in my order, she repeated it back to me and it was wrong, so I corrected her, they repeated it back, and then I received the mess they gave me.. There is more to to a food service place then just good food. It is part of the hospitality industry and when you have loyal customers you take care of them I left my keys at Burger Street I I have been backtracking my steps where I've been in the last two days because key fobs are very expensive to replace so I called Burger Street because I'm pretty sure that's where I left them a girl named Taylor I guess is her name answered the phone she was very irritated that I wasn't ordering food and I just wanted her to check for my last keys she huffed and puffed and put me on hold when she came back to the phone she just said we don't have your keys and I kind of giggled and said who is this who am I talking to because I have been loyal to this restaurant for years and I was just curious which one of the girls it was. She said I'm not obligated to give you my name and hung up. I WILL NOT BE GOING THERE AGAIN AS LONG AS THIS RUDE DIRTY HANDED CREEPY GIRL HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH SERVING FOOD....all I can say is they must be very hard up for employees right now because she does not belong working with people at all in any way...
