Not only is their coffe way better than Starbucks and Duncan, their service is unparalell to any other coffee shop. I am switching from Starbucks to bean loft for my go to coffee choice.

I ordered bean loft for the first time through Uber eats the day after a snow storm. I didn't think any coffee shop would be open and I stumbled across bean loft. After I ordered I noticed my expected arrival time kept getting pushed back but it still said preparing your order. I called bean loft to make sure they were open and they confirmed they were. Shortly after hanging up they called me back and asked if I was waiting on an Uber order. They said that my coffee had been made over an hour ago but no Uber driver was coming to deliver it. This was a bit underwhelming. Focusing on the little things that make an effect on the experience: I walked in through the back door which slammed loudly behind me. Felt bad disturbing the rest of the cafe! Wonder if this is a fixable issue. The music was nice but a little too loud to be considered relaxing. Could just be my own preference. I’d asked for my drink to go and my avocado toast for here, and the barista confirmed this a couple times which I appreciated. But then it all ended up coming “to go” which I don’t really have an issue with other than I don’t really like to support styrofoam. The avocado toast was more like warmed, soft bread. Absolutely my favorite coffee shop in town!! I love that it’s within walking distance of MTSU/my neighborhood, and my boyfriend and I always enjoy taking our morning walk to Bean Loft to grab a supper yummy coffee and waffle for breakfast :) the staff is always extremely friendly and approachable, drinks are made quickly and accurately and always taste AMAZING! My favorite thing about going, especially in the morning, is that there is a wonderful gentleman working on shift at that time that always makes me the BEST surprise latte flavor! Last week he made me a nutella latte, as well as a cinnamon toffee one and it was the best coffee I’ve had since moving here! The lobby is very calm, clean and well-kept, and I absolutely love the vibe of this shop. I can’t recommend it enough!!! I’d give it more stars...
