In the realm of fast sustenance, where chaos oft reigns and quality is fleeting, there shines a beacon of constancy and care: Chick-fil-A. Amongst its offerings, the Market Salad doth stand as a paragon of virtue—a dish both wholesome and pleasing, adorned with freshness and flavor, a rare delight amidst the fare of swift repast.
The stewards of this house are ever gracious, their manner reflecting diligence and goodwill. With swiftness and accuracy, they fulfill their charge, a testament to their unwavering purpose. And lo, the place itself, spotless and well-ordered, invites the weary traveler to tarry a while and find solace in its quietude.
Yet it is not solely the nourishment nor the service that compels one’s return, but the steadfastness of their endeavor, the harmony of detail and design. Verily, such dependability is a treasure in these hurried times, and thus it is with full heart I commend this haven of...
Read moreThe Chick-Fil-A I went to today was terrible. I waited from 9:55-10:25 in line and I get up to the register and the cashier says "I'm sorry, we only have 5 minutes to lunch and we're sold out if everything"
1st, That's not my problem, you sell breakfast till 10:30, so it's your guys fault you ran outta food.
2nd, If I order breakfast before 10:30, you have to serve it because its before your cutoff time. I dont care if I pay for my food at 10:29.59, it's still before 10:30.
3rd, Stop converting with every customer after they pay. Every cashier would stop and have a few minutes of conversation with each customer and that's why I stood in line for 20+ minutes. It was a long line too, so that time adds up conversating along with the already long line.
That's the end of my rant of bad service. I hope the Chick-fil-a on the MTSU campus sees that because that is hands down the worst device I've ever received from a...
Read moreThis location needs better leadership and organization. Every time I come, I see what appears to be a very efficient operation. Still, My order was messed up three visits in a row, and the ease with which the problems could be fixed was inconsistent. The food is at a fair price and is good compared to nearby offerings, which is why I keep coming back despite the usually long wait. I suspect that if they staffed this location better at strategic times, they can reduce the wait times and increase customer satisfaction and retention. Understaffing might have also contributed to the mistakes with my orders mentioned above, as the workers were likely trying to work faster than their capabilities in order to compensate for a lack of support. In sum, I'm optimistic that a few changes on leadership's end can really make going to this Chick-Fil-A a not so quasi-dreadful and...
