I went to this location today and ordered 2 drinks and 10 glazed munchkins for my toddler son. I knew something was wrong when I pulled into the line because it was super long and going very slow. When I got to the window, the girl handed me the two drinks and a bag of munchkins. I gave them to my son and he immediately spit them out so I knew something was wrong. I took the bag from him and noticed they gave us all pumpkin spice munchkins. I drove back around through the drive thru and told the girl they gave me pumpkin spice munchkins instead of glazed munchkins. She defensively said “Yeah we are all out of glazed so that’s why I gave you pumpkin spice.” WHAT???? I have never experienced this in my whole life. She was rude and not coherently understanding when I told her I needed a refund. You cannot just give a customer whatever you want because you are out of what they ordered! So they knew they gave me the wrong munchkins and didn’t even ask if I wanted a refund or something else. I immediately told the girl to give me the money back on my Dunkin app and she impertinently said she doesn’t know how to do that and there was no manager there. She also stated she was new and they left her there with no manager to help. She called her manager on the phone and the manager told her to let me know to come back on Friday to get a refund! This is beyond egregious! Also, they are lucky my son wasn’t allergic to pumpkin because that could be a huge debacle for Dunkin if they are just giving out items without notifying the customer that they are giving them another item they didn’t order and admitting they did so. Read moreOrdered a sparkd energy drink, 4 hashbrowns and 1 order of bacon on the app. Upon arriving to the drive thru I told them I had a mobile order and they told me they were out of sparkd peach so I asked if they had berry and she said they were out of that also. She asked me if I would like another drink although the sparkd cost more money than the coffee I drink. So trying to not get into a big discussion about it I just picked a coffee and she asked me what size...( I ordered a large sparkd originally) when I got to the drive thru window I was handed a bag and my drink and pulled off. I reached in the bag and there was 1 out of 4 hashbrowns in there and bacon so I pulled back around to tell her they were missing 3 orders of hashbrowns in my bag. She told me "I got you" and took my bag of food back and gave me the bag back a short while later. I drove off a second time and dug in my bag I now had 2/4 hashbrowns and a order of bacon. You would have thought I'd check but I really thought they would be competent to fix the mistake when I told her exactly how many I was missing and on the bag it showed 4 total hash browns. I've been here a decent amount upon opening at 530 and I can say the staff always got my order right and were way more friendly than this person that I had to deal with but i can say after her lack of caring about them being out of something i already paid for and shorting me 2 times on food the lack of caring makes me not want to...
Read moreI attend dunkin routinely 5-6 times a week. I have gotten to know a few employees and always enjoyed my coffee. Early this week i picked up a mobile order. Got 10 minutes down the road and the iced coffee had cream CHUNKS and a sour tatse. A new cream was opened and my coffee was remade. No big deal. This morning i went around 6:30 with my husband. We get to heading towards Smyrna just to find both of our coffee are wrong ( ordered coffee milk got regular cream) i drive the 30 minutes back and ask for a remake. I was then yelled at and belittled by the MANAGER. I believe she said her name was tarra. I asked why she was so rude. ( the car in front of me had to practically catch thier items, and they speed off) she responded with "i was actually nice to them". Sounding more surprised with her self then i am if that was possible true.
