El Cubilete Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

I recently ate here and ordered $60+ worth of food. It would have gone to waste if I hadn’t fed it to my dog, and I wouldn’t give it away. None of my family was fed or would eat their food. The chile rellenos had cold chunky filling. The Cubilete fajitas were put on the grill and forgotten about then served as overcooked as you can imagine. The shrimp in the fajitas was whole needing to be de-tailed…how do you do that with scalding hot steaming food? The food was plentiful I’ll give it that. Portions were decent. The carne asada tacos beef/steak was too chewy for my kids to chew. They gave my little kids the hottest/spiciest salsas they have. It wasn’t pleasant.
