Fiesta Grill Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

I'd normally leave five stars, but this time the food was subpar. We made a pick up order. If we were in the restaurant, I think they would have addressed the problems. The chips were stale, the salsa tasted old and was off, the steak for fajitas was chewy and flavorless and we did not receive all of our order. I called about the missing items. There was a lot of background noise so the person who answered the phone may have found it hard to hear me. I was told that I received the complete order because there was no food in packages left behind. I couldn't get them to understand that it may have not been made or it may have been put with someone else's order. I've never had that problem before when something was left out. It's only happened twice including this order. We normally receive really great customer service. Maybe it was an off day or something. I will still continue going to this restaurant. The food is typically very good. It's the basic menu that is in most Mexican restaurants, but this place has a pretty high quality of food. We used to go here all the time & it was amazing, HOWEVER because of todays experience, we will never go back. We put in our order(husband, our son and I). The waitress repeats the order of what we all were going to get. When we get our food(chicken tenders & fries), my son ended up getting the wrong food so I waited to eat until his got served. Finally after 10 minutes of waiting, his food gets served. My husband helped him tear the tenders apart to cool faster. He notices that they were raw and asked me to double check. Sure enough, all of them were raw! I have had enough and talked to the manager about it. While talking to the manager, I had to stop to throw up what I just ate. My husband checks my food and the beans had an off color! While they compensated our whole meal, I will say that we will NEVER be back! First the wrong order, then weird colored beans but the icing on the cake so to say was the raw chicken that my son could have ate and possibly gotten...

Girlfriend worked here for about 6 months, they treated her very poorly. The cooks would harass her which I understand is pretty normal in most food serving jobs but the worst was that the management stole from her CONSTANTLY. They refused to let her see the credit card slips at the end of the night and the tip out was not even close to accurate compared to what she saw the customers write on them. They also wayyyy underreported her hours worked and yes I understand $2.15 isn’t a lot but when she is working 50 hours a week and they are only writing down 20 it adds up. Also to try to hide this they constantly “lost” the paychecks and said “don’t worry it’s not much money anyway. This prevented her from being able to get financing for a car.
