Hardee’s — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

Waited in drive thru for 5mins pulled to the window since no one answered the speaker. Asked the lady if everything was ok and told me that employee took her headset off. So I asked the drive thru attendant why no one else was wearing one including her she proceeded to tell me that there was nothing she could do about that even tho she could take my order at the window. I run a sonic and consistently have 3 to 5 people that wear a headset at all times. I watched 6-10 people drive off without their order being taken I guess cause there is nothing no one can do about that. I know times are hard and good help is hard to find but this is completely unacceptable. If business is something the location at broad St wants then close it down. They obviously didn't want to be there and did not want to serve any customers. Need to figure out what they need to do about this and resolve it immediately. Also the lady at the window was completely unprofessional and looked as if the piercing on her face were infected as they were red and swollen. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I tried to come to Hardees everyday after I drop my baby off at the babysitter's before I head to work. I have not seen a happy friendly worker there. They don't even acknowledge you if you're standing at the counter if they're doing something not even a I'll be right there or sorry for your wait. And the service of the fastness of getting my food is not fast food they are very slow, like you're hassling them by asking for a simple 244 sandwich that takes anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes to get sometimes when there is literally no other customers standing waiting for their food. While some of the other customers complain about the service as well standing in line. If your employee doesn't have the presence of warm and welcoming they should not be taken orders for customers it is all about customer service as I have done fast food as well but there's always 1 somewhere and unfortunately it's not just one in Hardee's it's pretty much over half of the employees you hear they're tired of this or just rude and unfriendly is not...

Do not go here and order any kind of chicken. I went through the drive-thru line and ordered the 5-piece chicken tenders. The person in front of me had ordered a chicken sandwich. I know it takes them twice as long as it should to make a chicken sandwich, so I knew I would have to wait a bit. I sat in the line for probably about 10-15 minutes (it was only me and the car ahead of me in the drive-through). Once I finally get up to the window, they asked me what I had ordered, and then they say that they had accidentally given my tenders to the car ahead of me. They asked me to pull up while they made me some more. By this time, I had burned up the majority of my lunch break, so I just left.
