Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

First off ive never left negative reviews. I always like to give places of business 2 somtimes even multiple chances to make up for a bad day. However to the Jets Pizza on Memorial blvd. In the boro may i say there costumer service is horrible and the guy answering the phone on 11/24/17 is even worse. Very short and rude. I had ordered two pizzas bread sticks ($40) a couple weeks prior to the above mentioned date and they left one of the pizzas and bread sticks behind at the store and the driver did not leave the pizza he brought. no big deal other than waiting another hour to eat dinner. However i thought maybe under the circumstances a small discount would be in order for the inconvience but it was not. I was ok with that thought before i called but hey why not try. After speaking with the gentleman (pretty sure the same gentleman from 11/24/17 but cant verify that 100 percent) that made me feel like it was in some way my fault for the mess up did not offer anything to make it right. So i asked for a credit and was told that they can not credit my card back that a 25 dollar credit would be given and linked to my phone number. Pizza finally arrived and it was not that great. Fast forward 2 weeks to give them another shot and again rude customer service and yes you guessed it no credit on my account. So Sir Pizza it is. They sell a better product anyways....

Like most of the reviews I am highly unsatisfied! My order was $114 for Uber eats to deliver only 2 pizzas and 2 breads. I ask where the rest is she says that's what they gave me. I call the store he says we'll cam she come back? No she's gone one with that $13 tip. I went to pick up the rest of my order and the young man tried to help he said it would be 20 mins for the wings so I said refund it. They couldn't find the salad so another young man who was walking around with his hands up his shirt walks to a salad drawer opens it and starts grabbing handfuls of lettuce and puts it in the bowl no gloves without washing his hands. At this point they find my salad. He provided me a credit for the wings and the salad that at this point I never intend to use! If that young man did this so comfortably once he would do so numerous times! That's disgusting! The young man helping me I can only assume is some manager also told me that they had been having many issues from Uber eats such as them biting pizza and then delivering it. I do not fault them for the driver but I was pushed beyond the edge when he took his hands off his bare stomach and placed them in the salad drawer. I absolutely intend to follow up with corporate this is...

If I could give no stars I would. We have ordered from here numerous times with no problems. Tonight we ordered a pizza at 6:47pm with a wait time of 45 minutes.. Not a big deal. After an hour and 30 minutes and haven’t heard anything from Jets my husband calls and gets an excuse that they were super busy but made us fresh pizza and the driver is leaving the store right now. (We only live about 10 minutes from it) Almost 30 minutes goes by.. no pizza... We call again. While speaking to the “manager” the driver calls us asking where downtown Murfeesboro is our house at.. literally 25 minutes in the opposite direction!!!! She told my husband WE must have put the address in wrong!!!!! My husband explained we have an online account and have had numerous deliveries from jets with no problem. The manager then says he can have them delivered to us or we can come pick them but will only offer 50% off. He said it is all his drivers fault because they are new and don’t know the area. My response was they do have GPS and 2 and a half hours now when only quoted 45 minutes is ridiculous. No apology....nothing. Take your...
