I ordered from the Northfield location tonight and it's not the first time. But, today is the first time I have had this type of experience. When ordering my food all was well until delivery. My food was not suppose to be delivered until 9:50-10pm. Around 9:20 I checked the progress and to my surprise it said my food had been delivered. There was no knock nor did anyone ring the door bell. When I go outside my food is not there. So I call the establishment and update them on the situation. The male placed me on a 5 min hold by then I have put on my shoes and coat to go out into the pouring rain to look for my food. They have delivered my food to the neighbors house leaving it outside in the rain. I ask and verify with my neighbor if they received a knock on the door or a ring on the door bell. She responds no. The male gets back on the phone again. I then update him again on how the delivery driver did not notify me by knocking or ringing the door bell and the food was at the incorrect home. The male goes to say well "idk what you expect from me cus atleast you got your food" I then State if you don't know what to say then maybe I can speak to your manager that can better handle the call and to my surprise he is the manager.. it's seems now days manager positions are just given to anyone. Not a well qualified person of customer service relations that knows how to see a mistake, acknowledge the mistake, and fix the mistake. Thing is if the driver would have followed the delivery directions he would have gotten the tip on the back porch. But that does not end this plight all of these things happen before I even open the box. I then Get the general managers information after feeling like I was pulling teeth for it. To get off the phone with the "manager" to open my food and it looks as if it's been eaten off of. I am very disturbed with there service and will not recommend and I hope this keeps anyone from having to experience the same...
Read moreThis young kid they got for a Manager is HORRIBLE!! He so lacks customer service skills! He is obviously a relative of the owner because he is rude, very playful and has a "I don't care" attitude; therefore he is not threatened as to losing his job! After I waited 15 minutes for an order that he said that he could not prepare as I requested, he still messed up my order and I had to wait 15 more minutes for him to correct my order with not so much as an apology from him.The one thing they got going for them for sure is the location of their business. If they were not in the area close to the college and where there are a lot of customers this kid's age, they would definitley lose business! I was very disgruntled as to how this kid conducted himself in front of me and other customers in the restaurant. I witnessed him being rude to one of his employees. When he messed up my wings (which I believe he did purposely) he took them and THREW them on the counter! I was appalled as to the service and I won't be going back. Read moreAfter going there for the first time last night, I have to say that the pizza is descent. The low review is because of cleanliness, there were 5 employees working behind the counter and everyone was making pizzas, stretching dough, handling grated cheese and everything that goes on a pizza, except for the guy packing the orders in boxes. With that said I noticed everyone was also handling the phones, money, credit cards and going back and forth from preparing food to dealing with money. Understood that in this fast paced business world you have to be quick to make money. But sacrificing cleanliness should not be an option. They dint even put on gloves or washed their hands. That will also be my last time eating there. Crosscontamination is what I observed. I would also like to mention that for the time we spend there waiting to get our pizza's, I forgot to mention we were walk ins...there is too much horsing around by the employees as they are all young men and seam to have no one taking the lead.
