Very unprofessional. I have gotten my order wrong from here many times. But today was a very interesting interaction with the graveyard shift manager, I believe her name was Kathy, (white older woman, heavy build set.)
It all began when I arrived at the drive thru, around 2:55AM and the person on the intercom decided to say their system was down and couldn't take the order. I had done a mobile order 20 minutes prior to arriving there, so I let them know. The person on the intercom said to pull up to the window. This is where I first hear from Kathy, where she said to me that if I ordered again from 3-4AM the system would be down and she would not make my order. We were there at 2:57AM as per my printed receipt. As far as I know McDonalds is open 24 hours, not 23. But of course I wasn't going to argue with her. To begin with, I'm the customer. I pay, and the customer is always right. Even though I felt as if I had done something wrong, through a very uncomfortable experience I grabbed my food and headed home.
I get home and we all start eating our food, as ordered on the mobile app, there shouldn't be much space for failure, I thought. Murfreesboro has been the first place in the many states and cities I have visited that has made me think differently. Our two large fries were stale and cold. None of my burgers that I had customized were made as requested (missing bacon on all burgers, among other minor things.) I decided to call as I have had a very poor experience with Murfreesboro's ghetto personnel in each restaurant I've visited. The manager told me to bring back the food so she could replace it. I paid $3 to add bacon on 4 mcdoubles. As I have had a very poor experience with Murfreesboro's very ghetto personnel in each restaurant I visit.
When I arrive at the window around 4:22AM Kathy decides to tell me again in a very unprofessional manner that next time I order food after 3AM (which was never the case) she would not serve me. She continued to say that because of me she would not be able to clean, and get breakfast ready for having to do my order all over, an order that was done incorrectly. She showed no remorse or shame. I didn't even receive an apology for my food being made wrong, me having to travel 15 minutes back and forth twice to get my meal done the right way. An employee at the drive thru was going to give me a drink for the trouble, and she specifically told him that we didn't have a drink, to not give it to me.
I will definitely be reporting this to corporate, or whatever corresponding manager. It's embarrassing, I think because she saw me and my girlfriend were young she thought we were students or something and that is why she treated us so poorly. We actually travel for work and have been very disappointed with the poor choice of...
Read moreI ordered from here through Uber Eats. My first order was supposedly picked up by a delivery driver and never brought to me. So I ordered again, the SAME driver was headed to pick my order up so I asked my fiancé to call the store and let them know to NOT give our order to the SPECIFIC vehicle that delivery driver was in. Not even 5 minutes go by and it states that the driver picked my order up. (We JUST called them and asked them not to give our order to this person because we had a different driver going to get our order.) The lady that answered the phone had the biggest attitude but wouldn’t allow me or my fiancé to speak before she handed the phone to the manager at this place. It was very shocking how the manager instantly started trying to snap at me and wouldn’t let us get anything in at all! We were upset ! This was the 2nd order I had placed. All I wanted was to get food before I started my work day and they did not make this situation any better. Telling me to call Uber Eats, yet Uber tells us to contact them to let them know what is going on, so we do and we get treated horribly and told that our food was given to the driver in the specific vehicle we asked them NOT to give it to. Then the manager gets on the phone and says they didn’t give out any Uber Eat’s orders… yet just now, my 2nd order actually arrived. It was just a lie after a lie and the attitude problem was horrendous. I’ve worked in retail for years and I’ve never been obnoxiously rude to a paying customer who just wants what they paid for. Wish I could upload the video of how this manager was...
Read moreI will try to keep this review short and to the point. This post ONLY relates to the night crew of this location.
Drug dealers hang out in their parking lot. If they are not circling the lot by the car wash and strip mall next to it.
Employees are some of the rudest, unprofessional, ignorant, homophobic group I've ever encountered.
Food is barely edible.
Management group doesn't seem to care. Because the same problem employees that I've complained about numerous times still work there.
This is the only place worth eating after 11 pm, and that's a low bar already. I work 3rd shift, and when I work remotely, they are the only place open. They will serve you sandwiches/burgers that have clearly been sitting in a warmer for hours. Bread is always hard, and fries are not fresh. When you pull into the drive thru, they will make you wait without saying a word. Their tone is that they are annoyed, you are there, and they have to do some work.
They don't speak to you once you are at the window. If they do, it's just a forced "have a good night" laced with sarcasm. They always look like they jumped out of bed without showering. Threw on clothes that aren't uniform and come to work. If you make a mobile app, purchase an hour before they close. Good luck. They will conviently act as if they don't have it. Then make you wait 2-3 days before you get your money back.
Either fire the staff and hire people who aren't lazy, rude, and unprofessional. Or just close...
