Subway — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

Went there after shopping at the Walmart attached, woman who made my food was apparently the assistant manager. Didn’t put the lid onto my protein bowl, so when I opened the bag my 10 dollar bowl spilled everywhere, made a huge mess in my kitchen. After 4 times calling a boy answered the phone, and was very nice. Got the woman who made my food, and she told me they couldn’t replace it. I placed an online order for the Titan Turkey sandwich. Before I proceed to eat the sandwich I noticed that the sandwich was missing the additional meat that makes it a Titan. I called to the store to address the issue. The woman I spoke with offered no remorse and stated that the sandwich only comes with 14 pieces of meat for the entire sandwich. I NEVER had this issue when other employees work in this location. It’s only this particular employee. Subway...

I eat here frequently but this last visit wasn't so great. There was a hair in the chicken box. I told the lady and she did immediately remove it and put out a fresh one but there was also knats flying all around the food, the tomatoes looked dried out, the lettuce was brown and the food in general looked old or not fresh at all.
