Subway — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

Worse subway in town! I am a door dash driver and before I go to pick up food at any subway my app tells me to go inside and place order, so that’s exactly what I did. What I got to the check out the cashier said,”” oh wait a min we’ve already made this order.” I was very confused and told her that I always place the order in person but oh well right? The manager in there I think is what he was, was very mad that I didn’t announce I was with door dash when I walked in. I explained to him that I’ve been doing this for months and that has never been this case with subway and if doordash has changed something they didn’t contact me about it and I was sorry for the mis understanding. He refused to give me the customers food and said that I had to pay with my own money the food they had made. I told him why would I pay for something that was a mistake and I’m not going to eat?? I told him the customer was waiting on his food and I had already been in line for 20 mins and was late so could I please have my customers food? He was very angry with me and wanted me still to pay for the mistaken food. Everyone in the building was staring at me and this man made me feel horrible and embarrassed. I had no choice but to leave the restaurant and I had to contact door dash and tell them I couldn’t deliver the order. I have never been through anything like this in my life at any fast food or restaurant. I personally have worked at both and I would of voided out the two sandwiches or comped them for an employee meal. I was not going to pay $25.00 for this order with my own money and it wasn’t even my food!! I will never ever return to this subway and I hope the manager at this ones gets the stick out of his butt removed so maybe he can think clearly and be a little more nicer and learn how to fix very...

Food is fine but the service is terrible. We have always gone to this subway because some of the worker's had great service skills and food was good but we have changed to another store. The manager she has the worse skills in customer service that i have ever seen very unfriendly and her male employee when we go in he may be cleaning i have even seen him mopping the floor he will go behind the counter to make the order he will not even wash his hands just gets gloves i have said to him no sir you was mopping you need to wash your hands before you grab gloves, that has happened twice and the manager has seen this happen both times.and she has never corrected the issue that is unsanitary and i don't care for that. Go to the other one down the road... No one is hardly at this location when I stop by and I found out why today. I got sick after eating here. This is the second time I’ve been sick. The last time I ate here probably January, I got sick for 2 days. I thought it was a stomach bug going around...yet 4-5 hrs after eating here yesterday, I was in the same boat as was my friend and we had two separate and different sandwiches... here I am today curled up in the bed after getting sick 4x in less than 24hours.
