Taco Bell — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

I've been to this location about six times within the last two months, of all the Taco Bells I've ever eaten at this is the finest one I've ever had the pleasure to dine at. Starting with the cleanliness of the store, It's always sublime when you walk in. The tables are wiped down after a customer is done and leaves the restaurant as well as never having napkins or straw papers on the floor. The staff is always super friendly and they are very professional in the way treat their guests. Lastly the food is really fantastic and just picture perfect every time I go. No matter the dish it's always very well done. The ratios from everything on the burritos and tacos to what they are supposed to have are on point and nothing ever feels old or is the "bottom of the barrel" scraps that you'd have expected or may have experienced in the past from a fast food location. The management here goes over and beyond their job description as well as the staff. If the corporate side of Taco Bell needs an example on how a restaurant should be run and they need to pay attention to this store in particular. The only thing that has upset me so far during this whole experience is that five stars is the max limit I can give these...

Was in the store tonight with my family order was wrong not once not twice but there times I asked for a refund and was cured by staff and management I paid with my card and was told to could not even have a copy of the refund asked the manager on duty his name and was told it was none of my fing concern and he did not have to provide that to me I asked for corporate office number he told me no I asked for his district managers number or name he told me it was none of my concern. While leaving the store we were in the parking lot and he even came to the door raising cane again. Called up to the store asked for corporate number was told their franchise asked for that number he told Me no asked for his district managers information he said we do not have one little did he know that conversation was recorded his name is David I will contact his Franchise office and shared recording with them also if they wind up doing something with my credit card information Taco Bell franchise or at least the store located at 1301 N. WORST PLACE EVER!! I always get burned by tacobell, but never seem to learn my lesson. I go around to different tacobell thinking one might be better than the other, but it never seems to amaze me that their all just crappy in this area. ESPECIALLY THIS ONE! Went through the drive thru, placed my order, paid, looked over my food and continued on my way. While going down the road, I pulled my Mexican pizza out the bag and it literally had scraps of food all over the box that it came in, the pizza was very messy and slung to one side of the box. While eatting it all I could think about was did they pull this out the trash, or drop it on the floor because it was that NASTY! My husbands xxl burrito was very cold and sloppy looking also. We are not the type to complain, but this is just over the line. I would really like to of had my $15 back, because the food we purchased wasn't even touched hardly. If the corporation doesn't do something about these chain of restaurants I don't see them being around ...
