This location has some amazing employees! I was immediately greeted and helped by Blanca. This was my first time ever visiting this establishment and I was not disappointed. I walked in expecting to leave with nothing. Blanca was very helpful and explained everything to make sure I understood everything. She provided me with options that were best for me. I didn’t feel pressured like you do when you walk into a dealership just to browse/look. She was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I’m a bit shy but we ended up talking and turns out we like some of the same shows & I think we may actually have the same favorite color (the glitter pink nails made me think YEAH I LOVE THIS GIRL ALREADY… I’m just a girl😩😭😂😂) I think we are the same in some ways so I felt as if I was being helped by a friend or family member. I’m an overthinker and honestly was prepared to walk out disappointed so if you’re the same as me I say go visit this location! The process was fairly quick and easy! My family has been customers of this Title Max location in Murfreesboro, TN since 2011. My husband had lost his job right before Thanksgiving that year and we needed cash to purchase Christmas presents along with handling the many expenses that comes with having a baby that was due in January of the next year. We got a title loan on our truck and were able to have a great Christmas and made sure that we were as prepared as we could be for our new baby girl. The staff at this Title Max in Murfreesboro have seen us through many ups and downs over the years. When we had troubles making our monthly payments they worked with us and let us know what our options were for repayment. Seven years and 3 title loans later our daughter still asks if she can come with us when we make our monthly payments at the store. We can’t thank the staff enough for their dedication to our family and the understanding of troubled times...

They were great when I needed the loan. Unfortunately I was laid off for no reason. Then I got a job and contracted COVID. I have asthma so as I was getting over COVID I got post COVID pneumonia which put me in the hospital. I finally got back to work and I'm trying as hard as I can to get caught up but I'm only one person with a family of 3. I only have so much money. I had to keep a roof over our head and I told them that today and I was rudely told "well let me tell you this. If we don't have the full payment today then you can go ahead and clean out your car because I'm coming to get it." I could have made a partial payment Friday but that's not good enough for them. So moral of the story is during this pandemic if you may get sick and be required to stay out of work then physically can't work because you require oxygen in the hospital to breathe don't get a loan from them. 10/10 would...
