The district manager needs to come get some control over this place. They are out of line! They never seem to want to work at this location. I placed an online order at 10:30pm and I pull up at 10:45 and I'm told "we stopped serving certain items for the night". I demanded I wanted the food I ordered and not anything else. If that is the case, put it online that you guys stop serving certain items.The African American female who was working the drive thru proceeded to tell me "my manager said they didn't have anymore of the items you ordered". I said I wanted my food then she checked with her manager who then had an attitude because they had to make my food. You are in the food service industry and I expect to be served especially when I've already paid for my food...stop being lazy. You guys are clearly overpaid and under worked...my GOD...if you are supposed to be open til midnight...then freaking work!!! Stop telling customers false information. Also, stop turning off the AI drive thru menu. Seems you guys have found out a way to turn it off when I'm pretty dang sure you aren't suppose to be doing that...again pure laziness! combined with rude customer service. Customers are paying attention in case you are unaware. Your Corporate office will also be notified of this. Do better! Read moreWent through the drive through, got my food and went home. Turns out I was missing multiple sandwiches, a nugget, and some fries. Drove back to Wendy’s and went inside to get the missing items, the manager at this store was a total careless a, who just wanted to show attitude and try and look cool for everyone. Literally walked away while I was talking at the end. I literally laughed to myself as in the middle of this another older man walked in with his bag and said he was missing items as well. So in the long run, had to drive back forth, never even got all my items, and had to listen to some “manager” try and show his a after I simply said I was there to get a few items left out of my bag. By time this saga was over, the food was cold garbage anyways. Spare yourself, plenty of other options on memorial better than this one. Literally any restaurant on memorial is better. I was scared they would do something to my food. Call me Karen! These fast food employees want better wages, then they should provide better services. The “Kids” working there were playing loud music from personal cell phones over their own speaker. The music in the dining room was on another level colliding with their loud music.
Two guys never wore gloves while handling food nor did they change gloves after leaving food stations and returning. The Young Manager by the name of Kayla told the guys preparing food to stop several times but they kept rough housing and playing around.
