Starbucks — Restaurant in Murphy

Staff here has a really bad attitude. Came in with one Starbucks brand reusable cup. Person at the counter had a hard time believing us when we said we brought it in instead of buying it even though they weren’t selling that style cup. Ordered a iced coffee in the reusable cup along with another in a normal cup. Iced coffee in the reusable cup didn’t have ice in it so we brought it back. Staff said ice just melted, however the ice in my plastic cup did not melt, so it shouldn’t have in the semi-insulated one. Gave us a hard time but they remade it. Girl remaking it slammed the cup down and spilled the coffee everywhere. Remade a second time and made it wrong. Instead of Dulce syrup they gave us salted caramel. I cannot think of a better way to start my mornings when I have to work early. The crew here is always so friendly! I get greeted with a “good morning beautiful”!! Now let’s just be honest, that would make anyone smile! They make my drinks quickly and correctly. They recommend new drinks based on what I like. Lori and Gail are the 2 ladies that typically take care of me here. I cannot say enough good things about my experiences here. Tyler has started here and he has picked it up quickly. My youngest son loves when he is working. Even if I’m not getting a drink he insists on saying hi to Tyler and Tyler humors him, great customer service guys. Honestly it’s just not worth the hassle. There are much better coffee places to go to where the employees are much nicer. It’s only a few minutes before seven and I go in to get my coffee before I start my shopping and I am informed that they are not open yet but they do not open till seven although there are two people behind the counter and they are brewing coffee currently and the doors are open to ingles . Do yourself a favor and go to rare bird emporium or even the Starbucks at the casino if you really want a good cup of coffee and you don’t wanna deal...
