Just had the worst experience of any restaurant! I got very sick just a few hours after eating a chicken sandwich from this location. I stayed violently sick and vomited all through the night. My husband and I came to the conclusion, since DQ was the only thing I had eaten, that it must have been the chicken since my husband didn't have it, but we shared a drink and fries. I had also felt fine all day, and did not start having symptoms until a couple hours after I ate. I called the store this morning, not to ask for a refund or anything, but only to warn them it could be an issue and they might be able to prevent this from happening to someone else. The manager was extremely rude, did not take me seriously, denying any possibility of this being caused from the food from this Dairy Queen. He argued with every concern I pointed out, and obviously did not know basic food and health safety policies, claiming it takes at least 24 hours for food poisoning to set in, and denying any possibility of the food not being kept to proper temperature, or coming in contact with any type of bacteria. I have worked in food service before, and my husband currently works as a manager in food service now, and was appalled by how he handled the situation, knowing how his store would, and has, handled the same problem. The worst part is that I was very polite on the phone, and was only trying to prevent this from happening to someone else, and that's how I was treated! We had both been warned not to eat there, as friends of ours have also had food poisoning from the same location. We have now learned our lesson, never again. Read moreJust got treated horribly!!!!! We ordered 2 deluxe cheeseburgers one a double and a med. Mr. Pibb. The girl on the speaker repeated the order back and said a cheeseburger and a bacon cheese burger and a medium pibb your total is $9.83 or something we pulled around to correct to the window and told her to repeat the order and told her we wanted 2 deluxe cheeseburgers with everything. She says our deluxe cheeseburgers stop at 4. I said no we want two cheeseburgers with everything on them. And before I could say one is supposed to be a double, she closed the window on us. Then another girl came over and gave us our total.We asked is the order right? She said she didn't take our order. we said we know we want to make sure it is right. she repeated it and we handed her our debit card to pay. She opens the window again and says here is your card. And then closed the window and started ranting right at the window to the other little girl rolling her eyes. Then as our order was ready pretty much threw it out the window. And didn't say a word. So we proceeded to to her that we did n it deserve the attitude for one of the girls not being able to take the order correctly and her showing her ass in front of us and that we would be contacting her manager on monday and to have a good evening. And she just kept saying I didn't take your order. Yes we know but your giving us attitude does not make it better and asked for her name and she covered her name tag and told us she didn't take our order the other girl did. Read moreThey messed up my son's birthday cake, he doesn't eat chocolate at all. So we ordered mint Ice cream to replace it. They stated it would be extra , not a problem we already ordered the largest cake they make. When we picked it up I asked again to make sure it was mint they confirmed that it was so we left. Come party time and time for cake we cut it open to find half chocolate(bottom) and half vanilla(top). So our son didn't eat any of his own cake. So I called on my day off to let them know they messed up and the majority of the cake was in the freezer. So in return they messed up a 12yr old birthday cake and refunded $15 of it because a few guests wanted cake. We were loyal customers every Sunday night for Ice cream and mid week lunches. They have lost my service permanently and ruined a party for our son. Horrible at directions. They lost my business...
