My friend sent my fiancé a cake for her birthday and it was absolutely delicious! My fiancé has celiac so the cake was gluten free and the cake itself was moist and delicious and not super crumbly which with gluten free cakes can be hard to achieve. The fondant and the frosting wasn’t too heavy and rich. I don’t always love frosting or fondant but I was licking it off the plate. Bailey was a lifesaver! At short notice, I was in need of a custom cake for my daughters 16th birthday.
