3 of 5 times when I've ordered my breakfast meal Ham & cheese biscuit w/o egg it ends up being wrong. I wud say the order slow w/no results. I wud either get sausage & cheese biscuit, sausage biscuit or ham & cheese w/egg. I was satisfied w/replacement meal offered by shift manager. The shift manager said he wud post replacement meal note on wall. All I had to do was come in and let them know. Easier said than done. 11/20 went to BK. started to explain about replacement meal. Was told to pull around to window. I again started to explain about the replacement meal note being posted. I thot this was all the explaining I had to do since it was already discussed w/other manager. I was wrong. This manager Jahan who looked only 23 yrs old proceeded to talk to me in a condescending tone insinuating it was my fault my sandwich was wrong, other people order diff sandwiches but they don't complain - I told him after getting so many sandwiches wrong it adds up. He was going to override what the other manager's resolution was and downgrade what other manager offered. He kept going on and on about it being my fault, shaking his head I was wrong, he was right and if I didn't like it I cud go to another BK. I was appalled by the fact that this manager did not want to take responsibility for his crew members not being more careful to ensure all orders going out are correct. The shift manager who did offer to make it right had more concern when it comes to making his cust happy so they will come back. This manager Jahan wants to blame the cust and tell the cust they are stupid for having a problem with his BK. if they don't like it they don't need to patronize his BK. The cust is always wrong NOT the cust is always right when it comes to Jahan the general Manager. Makes me wonder how he got this position especially if dedication to your employer is a consideration. Burger King may want to reconsider keeping him in this position. Read moreI went to the counter late in the evening. There were several cars in the drive thru lane and the food supply vendor's semi truck positioned for unloading. There was a single employee manning the counter and the drive thru and one other employee manning the grills, fryers, and prep station. Did I wait a few extra minutes for service and for my order? I did. Did I receive outstanding service and excellent food? I did. These two employees were as busy as busy gets yet were amicable, professional, and thorough. As I received my order i apologized to the young man that was so busy because i ordered a shake thinking they were dispensed from machine like other places. I d.c. isn't realize they were made the old fashioned way by adding each ingredient then blending, a time consuming process at a most inconvenient moment. The young man never wavered and assured me it was no problem. He was happy to do that for me and expressed hope that everything was to my satisfaction it sure was and I was reminded that providing good service isnt reliant on conditions one can't control. Good service is reliant on good employees managing the conditions they are operating under in a friendly and professional way. I dont know how the day to day operations work out at the Burger King location.
