I had an issue with a coupon. It wouldn't load. So I called in. They said I would have to bring it in. Once there, they said they couldn't confirm it, so they can't take it. I finally figured out how to use the coupon. On my own. I had to enter it, create the pizza, and do this repeatedly until I fulfilled the cupon. (3 large any toppings) Since nobody knew what to do or was of any help. It took almost an hour in the lot. When I got back to pick them up, the manager was not happy. The worler, however, was super friendly and, in my opinion, showed better management skills than the manager. It's probably not a good idea to treat someone with a corporate coupon badly... he wasn't bad, he half way tried to help. Probably hoping my coupon wouldn't work. When it did, he probably would have thrown the pizzas at me. The worker wven caught the let me show you the pizza, where as the manager just slid them forward. Pizzas, awesome! Hot, fresh, and plenty of toppings. Cooked perfectly as well. Certainly 1000x better than the one in Lawrenceburg. Had it not been for the coupon, I wouldn't have went here. Iāve had three separate orders on different days that have somehow either disappeared into the atmosphere or just never existed in the first place. The first two times were resolved but this time I had to call the store. I had a pizza ādeliveredā at 7:00 pm. It was around 7:48 pm when I called and said pizza never arrived. I called and the kind employee said they had an hour and 15 minutes wait for deliveries, which is fine, but the manager on shift, Chad, said my pizza was already delivered. He called his driver to confirm this, which the driver said he did in fact drop it off, but the building I live in is confusing and weāve had food deliveries dropped off at the wrong door before. I tried to explain this and state that I wasnāt angry for this mix up, but wanted my money back. Chad didnāt let me finish, told me to call back tomorrow, and hung up on me mid sentence. I drove up to the store, asked him again for a refund and to post a complaint for poor customer service. Chad then accused me of trying to steal food and once again tried to deflect the issue onto his General Manager. She acted unprofessional and accused me of being rude and having an attitude when I really wasn't I was just frustrated that the DoorDash support was telling me that I shouldn't worry about this order and will unassign it and Nicole telling me she will have to terminate me as a dasher because she claims that I "refuse to contact the customer" (is there a need when I'm on the phone with DoorDash support? I have the right to refuse delivering any order before or after pick up if there'sa valid reason like a wrong address) she isn't supposed to take the food back and is supposed to act composed and professional not falsely accuse me of being rude!! I have been doing business with this store for over 2 years but she ended that on a bad note! I am a nice guy and hated being accused of being rude!
