Taco John's — Restaurant in Murray

The cashier was very nice. She asked if I was eating in or taking out. I told her that I usually can't finish all my food and I take the remainder home for later. She put a to-go box on my tray too.! I was impressed. I haven't been to Taco John's in years. I think the taco salad size is smaller than it used to be. I was happy you offered root beer as a drink choice. It was very serene there at 1:30 PM. No loud ppl, tables available. I use a rollator, so I had a little trouble deciding where I would not be in ppls way. I didn't notice the row of tables to the side until I left the store. The lettuce in my salad was fresh and crispy. Not very much beef. I don't know what the creamy pale orange dressing was. It tasted like thousand Island dressing. I put several packets of hot sauce as well as mild sauce on the salad. I like very spicy sauces. I like to put fresh serrano chilis on my food at home. I guess most ppl don't do that. The transit bus had a little trouble backing up in the small parking lot, mostly bc a few ppl were either elderly or just rude. The young man sitting at the table he’s at, I was going to sit there as I waited for them to prepare my meal, and it looked like a baby had smeared food all over it and hair was stuck to the table. I went to sit at another table across from it with chairs, it too was slightly dirty and needed to be wiped down.

I’m here on New Year’s Day and Murray isn’t busy, and they only have had a few go through the drive through and I’m the only one dining in currently. I arrived at 4pm and he sat down at the table he’s at 4:10pm and has sat there as I type this out at 4:25pm looking at his phone, and he works here.

After I arrived customers that came in behind me who placed an order was receiving their food before me. I asked an employee the manager Sharrah said I have yours right here yet it went to someone in the drive thru. I told her this affects my customers and my ratings that is when she became furious and said well there is only two of us. I responded that it wasn’t my fault that was the case but I still have customers to get their food to them in a timely fashion. Then another customer in the store said good luck to me as she walked out. Once Sharrah was done making the order she was rude and slammed the food down on the counter and said get this out of here now. Which I responded thank you. Then after leaving realized they hadn’t put my customers drink in the bag with the order. So after delivering the food and the customer I explained that I would go back and get their drink and did.
