Boba Love — Restaurant in Murrieta

We got two flavors the brown sugar and cookies and cream both with boba. the boba balls were the only thing good there, the drinks themselves both tasted watered down and the cookies and cream smoothie was more like a shaved ice than a snow. there were ice chunks in every sip and it tasted like water with a hint of oreo. this was upsetting because cookies and cream is supposed to have a very rich flavoring and a sweet sensation but instead we got a watered down milkshake that tasted like the milk was replaced with water. the brown sugar also was watered down but not only that, it didn’t match the pictures. it looked like a basic milk tea and had no evidence of brown sugar on the sides of the cup which is what the pictures showed. the staff also had negative attitudes like they didn’t want to be there and for a place called Boba Love there wasnt much enthusiasm or kindness. Stopped by Boba Love while I was in the area, and I’m so glad I did! The staff, which gave a feeling of a family owed place, was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and love what they do.

The drinks? Absolutely delicious! The boba was perfectly chewy, and the flavors were spot-on—just the right balance of sweet and refreshing. It's clear they put thought and care into every drink they make.

The whole vibe of the place is warm and welcoming. Whether you’re popping in for a quick treat or hanging out for a little, it’s the kind of spot that instantly makes you feel comfortable. Especially, if you like island music (Fiji, J Boog, etc.).

Very friendly service but a little sketchy on the order. I asked for a small acai bowl and a small gelato. I received a small gelato and large acai bowl. When I pointed out that I received a large bowl instead of a small, she said don't worry about it no charge (like as if I was upgraded at no extra charge). But then I did the math and I found out that I was charged for a large. So yeah. It could have been an honest mistake but she definitely knows her prices and I think that she would have recognized if she charged incorrectly or provided the incorrect bowl size. Note: Get a receipt so you know what was charged. The employee/owner did give me $2 to make up the difference. I placed the $2 in the tip jar.
