I have NO freaken idea how a person can write a bad review on this place😱 They must have not been awake during their visit!!! I am 💯% satisfied every single time I enter Smoke & Gifts in Murietta (Unit 103)

"Mike & Jeff are most always there behind the counter waiting to assist you with anything! This shop is by far is the BEST & many upon many agree!!! 👉Jeff is great, chill, knowledgeable, kind, cool personality & answers any question you might have. He is an all around pretty dope dude & I'm stoked to see either of these guys when I walk in. 👉Mike is just..... Well honestly he's (MIKE) a solid dude & SO down to earth, not to mention totally professional & everytime I am in there even just a few minutes, our convo is so Rad!!! He is an all around nice guy & genuine people are hard to come by these days. Mike is a HUGE reason I spend my money & support this Smoke shop 😀 You can't Not Love that guy!!! Both Jeff & Mike try & accommodate their customers, sometimes if they see you parking or walking up to the shop, you might just see what you were just about to ask for already to go, customers LOVE THAT!!!

Came here with my dad tonight and wow. The customer service here was pretty horrendous. The girl didn’t even leave the counter to help show us anything. She showed zero enthusiasm. Told us that she didn’t have much to wrap the piece with. Which was $80 and I feel that such a large purchase should be protected properly. I asked for a bag at least to which she mumbled something. There was plenty of bags there from what I saw. I will never come here again. Learn how to bag and treat customers friendly. You’re being paid to do a job....

Unfortunately, I wont be coming back. The cashier and a customer were talking for a very long time while I waited along with another customer. Both, the talking customer and cashier did not care that we were waiting so long while they socialized. Being ignored to socialize with customers, shaking hands with them , while others wait is not respectful or professional. No Covid prevention.
