i don't typically leave reviews, i feel like something either has to be magnificent or horrendous to warrant a review from me. unfortunately my dominos order from this location went wildly beyond my (very low) expectations in the worst way, and my order was truly atrocious.
my order was: two medium pan pizzas with extra cheese, one was pepperoni, the other was pineapple and bbq sauce; two orders of spinach and feta bread; and a cookie brownie.
what i received was: two medium hand tossed pizzas with barely any cheese let alone extra, the toppings were right, however the pineapple pizza was about 90% bbq sauce. the spinach and feta bread was...... just undercooked bread. no seasonings, no spinach, no feta, a greedy crumb of cheese on top. the cookie brownie was completely inedible, as it was burned to a crisp and too hard for a human mouth to consume unless you wanted to risk losing your teeth. this order also took a little over an hour to arrive (despite estimating 20-30 minutes), i live TWO minutes away and they were closed for carryout.
it is unbelievable that out of everything i ordered, absolutely none of it was done even a little bit right.
they are allegedly giving me a refund, which is the only good part i suppose. i have no idea how any of this even left the store. i have nothing bad to say about the kid who made and delivered my order as he looked no older than 18 at the very most, but to the new manager at this location: maybe don't leave new hires who are working alone and don't know what they're doing yet to fend for themselves, and maybe consider, y'know, managing and helping. :)

Read moreI usually have a good experience here but now and again a bad one pops up. I usually let it go but this time bugged me. I understand them accidentally forgetting a pizza, things happen. Where I am not happy is after waiting on hold for 5 min the line hangs up. Another 5-10 min I get someone who explained the situation to. She was understanding and willing to make another one. However, that does not help me in any way because I'm not going to wait an hour to get another pizza here when it's from my daughter, and also I'm not going to make that poor delivery driver drive all the way back here and make me feel like I either have to tip again or they did it on their own because of someone else's mistake. What should have been done in that situation is offer me a partial refund for the piece that my order that I was missing. That's what most businesses do when you didn't get a product. They refund you that products value. Instead. I'm offered through the app a coupon for future date pizza which is absolutely pointless to me. I wanted the money back for the pizza that I did not get, I shouldn't even had to ask that but instead she was totally fine with hanging up with. Oh well because I said I don't want to have to make the driver drive back here so I'm out the money I guess and their eyes and they're fine with it. I don't want your free pizza on your app. I wanted my pizza tonight or my money back for it. That's how you take care of a customer by giving them the money back for the item that you did...
Read more0 stars if that was an option. I ordered a pizza through the domino’s app, was checking the tracker every couple minutes to see how my order was doing . When the pizza was ready to deliver it said that the driver left at 6:32 pm, the driver didnt show up to my apartment until 7:15pm when i payed him he constantly kept asking how much he owes me back like as if he was asking for the remaining $11.00 change as a tip. Even though he was 40 minutes late i left a $5.00 tip. So i open my box to begin serving my daughters, both my pizzas were soggy and cold. I called the store to complain and as i was explaining what happened to the guy over the phone he hung up on me mid sentence. I call back to see why he hung up and i heard him pick the phone up and slam it back down to hang up. So i call a third time and the manager working at the time answered the call. I asked her why I was hung up on and she was basically defending the guys actions stating it was on accident which that does not just happened ! They have absolutely horrible costumer service , i asked for my money back which she said she could not do just give me a $15 credit which at this point i wanted nothing to do with this dominos after the lack of costumer service they had ! i asked for the store manager name or number which she also refused to give me. I stated i wanted my full refund back and that i will drive down there myself and bring them back there pizza which i did! I will never order from this...
