Guenther's Lounge — Restaurant in Murrieta

Stayed at the Murrieta Hot Springs resort so we had dinner at Guenthers Lounge and it did not disappoint. At first take the environment is different and the seating is vibed more for the bar than the food but due to us planning on food and drinks we sat at the bar for a more stable eating surface. Their drink menu is long and unique we had some ideas but still asked the bartender for info/suggestions. Benjamin was awesome and took the time to ask our likes and styles to match a drink to us. We both ended up with the Pearanornal Activity it’s a stretch from my normal drink style but after a day in the sun it was calling us both and man was it a great drink and executed perfectly by Benjamin. Their food selection is much smaller than the drink menu but once you taste the food you realize there is no reason to make it bigger than needed. I got the wagu burger with the fries and my wife got the rib grilled cheese with salad and they were both amazing! I’d easily call it the best burger ive had and even sampled her grilled cheese and it was just as fantastic. We will be back just for food even if not going to the spa. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The drinks and the staff are AMAZING! I have been several times and the service is the best. The food is sooo delicious, But the DRINKS… Allison is one of the bar tenders and when I tell you she knows her drinks!!
