Best Pizza & Brew — Restaurant in Murrieta

Update: As seen by other reviews, Management only responds to positive reviews and obviously cares nothing about a customer’s horrible experience. We will not be returning again.

Absolutely horrible experience on our very first visit. There was a bunch of kids and drunk parents from some type of kids baseball team watching the dodgers and padres game. The kids were screaming bloody murder at the top of their lungs the entire time at the game. So loud, that my wife and I finally just left and had headaches and ringing in our ears for over any hour. All of the tables around us were annoyed by them as well, to a point we’re one of the moms went up and said something to them and the drunk mom got in her face and yelled back at her. Absolutely horrible parents, out of control little punk kids and a horrible experience, I’ll be surprised if we ever come back. None of the workers did or said anything to this group to keep it under control and the manager was nowhere to be seen.

On a positive note, We ordered our food, it came out quickly. The northern border pizza was delicious. The boneless wings were delicious. The house salad was delicious and the beer was cold and good. The prices were very reasonable as well. If we do decided to return; it will be on a quiet weekday, not anymore of this insane out of control weekend sports. This place is too...

Nice sports bar like atmosphere, dining area has a light and airy feel to it and the staff was friendly. Food in general was just ok. My family ordered pizza, wings, meatball sub, cookie & ice cream and also garlic knots. All the food was ok, nothing was spectacular and honestly food tasted like any other chain like Applebee's or chili's. Food didn't taste fresh and more like it came from an industrial commercial food supply company. I also didn't care for the hard pushy sales when ordering. After placing our order, was asked about 3-4 questions on add ons, beer, more appetizers, more dessert to which i all declined. She acknowledged my order and i declined ALL her add on suggestions, she then asked "would you like to enjoy some garlic knots while you wait?". After declining all the pushy add on sales and confirming my order, I thought she was offering a sample. So I said yes and of course this was not the case and it was added to my bill.

Stopped in twice in the last month , my most recent visit was for my Daughters 28th Birthday party . Everything except the actual service was good. I felt like a bunch of young people with no training or common sense were running the place . 3 of my kids went up for a coke refill, the syrup was out and they still filled there cups and sent them back to the table , they said someone would be to our table with new drinks . No one came after 20 minutes and food was already finished ..I went to the counter and the young lady working said they couldn't figure out how to change out the syrup. Didn't offer another type of soda and said the manager was trying to figure i out. Everyone working had great attitudes although it looked a little chaotic behind the counter . Our food was good just a bummer when we asked for more plates for our salad , employee brought plates but no forks . Then we asked for more forks . Each time taking more time then you would think necessary. I'm not a complainer, normally don't leave anything but great reviews , but this location need to get through it's growing pains .
