Absolutely the worst customer service and experience ever!!!😡😡😡 BEEN GOING TO THE SUBBMARRINA LOCATION OFF OF OF HOT SPRINGS ( SPECIFICALLY THE ONE IN THE ONE IN SAMS CLUB SHOPPING CENTER, BECAUSE THERE ARE TWO ON HOT SPRINGS) FOR OVER 10 PLUS YEARS, BUT OWNERS NEVER SEEM TO BE THERE...😔 SAD BECAUSE THIS WAS OUR FAMILY'S FAVORITE SUB PLACE...😔 Ufortunately the is not the first, second or third time that this has happens!!! Everyone has advertising to get you to come in door because of competition, but they are a sham!!! BUYER BEWARE!! ! Switch and bait company! When ordering its one price.. Read moreThis review is about a week and a half old. Recently went to Submarina on a rainy day. Typically Jersey Mike's or Subway are our go to choices. Not today! "Elexa" and I believe it was "Justin." (Justin had short hair and green braided cornrows for clarification) were the sandwich artists of the day. Sometimes I find sandwiches can be a bit dull and pricy but despite the normal/standard options I found our food that day to be different, but in a good way. Easily one of the best meatball sandwiches I've ever had. Both were very attentive to get our food just right. Bread was fresh, ingredients were tasty and even offered to cut our subs up so our little guests could enjoy without having to hold up the entire giant deli creation. Unfortunately the fountain was out of service but they attempted to make it right by offering their bottled and canned beverages. We declined but the attempt to satisfy customers was on full display. Customer service was top notch and prices were fair also!! In fact I could imagine paying another 5 bucks anywhere else. It was a lot of food and even carried out to be a snack later that day. Read moreI love Submarina for the options and quality of food and I'm sadly disappointed in this location since the new owner/owners took over. Too many shortcuts have surfaced at this location just as it has at many other Submarina locations that have sold to new owners. #1 avocados are cut in the incorrect direction and thinner than they are supposed to be (per corporate training) giving the customer hardly any avocado on their sandwich which has become a search and rescue for the taste buds due to the small avocado pieces not slices being so small. #2 onions cut into tiny pieces so the onion pieces fall off the sandwich while biting into their sandwich. #3 the slices of tomato and cheeses seem a little thinner. In the franchisee's defense I do not know if they are receiving training from corporate anymore or if the trainer has changed. If so, what a disappointment if this is how new employees are trained. I used to work in the corporate store and it was very strict on measurements, quality, cleanliness and more. Please, slice the avocados longways as they should be. People pay a good price for those slices and there is a reason they aren't getting lunch at Subway getting gross...
