Flame Broiler — Restaurant in Murrieta

I came across this place looking for Chili Cheese Fries that were not from Del Taco! What I ended up getting was much better and I WILL be ordering again as this gives me a more healthy alternative sodium wise to regular Chinese Food or Del Taco for that matter.

I included a few photos and the first will be off of the ordering page of a website. I would have actually considered five stars, but my order was short the sauces in the photo. That being said, do not despair if it is missing as the meat is well marinated and cooked and carries plenty of flavor on its own. Translated: No complaints here. Moving on:

I ordered two items: My dog can't eat poultry so I ordered a Junior Beef Bowl for him. I of course helped myself for tasting purposes as his account is bankrupt. Fantastic it was! Now, I enjoyed the Regular Chicken Bowl and darn, that was good! I was skeptical at first, but after I mixed it all together, it was good all alone, but I added some low-sodium soy as those sauce containers were missing. You will all like this for a light dinner meal! Expect typical "Sticky Rice" but it breaks up easily when you mix it! I'll be ordering again and give this place a shot!! I think...

DRY. OLD. HARD. Do you know how hard it is to make DRY chicken thighs? This meat had to be cooked at lunch time, we ordered at 6:11pm. This was our 3rd time getting old dry chicken shards on our bowls - 98% rice + chicken skimps, inedible from this location. Called, asked for manager & was told to come in tomorrow to talk with her. I declined and asked to leave a message. Manager had her employee to call me back to gather more information. Provided everything, he called back & said manager is willing to remake everything or if we bring the bowls back uneaten we can get a refund. I placed my called as I was attempting to eat my dry rice bowl and the others had already started on theirs. Not going back & forth with a 3rd party about this and now I understand why this location has horrible service & food now, the leader is lazy and disconnected. Hard pass, save yourself $ and go...

We have been to this location a few times in the past and never had problems, however this time around we ordered through grubhub. I ordered a chicken and a beef bowl with extra special sauce and extra hot sauce. Delivery was prompt. When we opened the bag the bottom bowl was full of special sauce that had opened and spilled in the bottom of the bag so we had a bit of sticky cleaning to do. Also we didn't get a beef bowl but we got 2 chicken bowls and only one hot sauce. This was my husband's and he doesn't like the special sauce and he uses a lot of the hot sauce and he isn't a big chicken eater so he was not happy that his was chicken and not beef. Just want them to pay better attention when filling orders received...
