So, today we stopped by to pick up Hot'n'Ready pizza. We've been shopping at Little Ceasars for well over 30 years and fully understand times are strange these days. That being said, as we arrived today the sign said drive through only, lobby closed. No problem, we'll just reroute to the drive through lane. There's one car ahead of us in line, so the wait was short. I need to mention that we had seen a TV commercial last night advertising a Hot'n'Ready deal on a stuffed crust meal deal that includes a 2ltr Drink and breadsticks for less than $14. This was already our planned order for a family gathering. As we arrived to place our order, this special is nowhere to be found on the menu. I mentioned to the cashier that I'd seen the commercial on the TV last night and asked about the special. The kid at the window very quickly stated I've never seen that deal here. He went to ask his manager and returned to say it'll be 30 or more minutes for the stuffed crust because it wasn't hot and ready and stated the special is only available via Doordash. Let's just call the cashier who identified himself as 16 years old Skippy. Well Skippy was very rude to me and my wife. When we again attempted to inquire about the TV commercial we'd seen last night and the fact it said Hot'n'Ready, Skippy said to my wife, "We've only got one oven, lady." I then demanded to speak with Skippy's MANAGER. Skippy went to get his manager to return and say they're understaffed and the manager would not be speaking to us. Skippys attitude was horrendous. He had not been trained on the available product line, and he has no customer service skills. Furthermore, the fact that management refused to address a customer complaint and a customer request to speak with management is unbelievable. I sadly will not be surprised if this location doesn't go out of business. We left and immediately ordered Papa John's...
Read moreIf there was a way to give zero stars I would. I went there a few weeks ago and got a pizza and bread sticks. The guy handed the breadsticks to me and they were ice cold. I asked for more and he gave me another bag. I let him know they were cold. I get home the pizza is black and the bread sticks were cold in the middle. I was mad but thought well I won't fuss about it. Well after last night 12/3/2018 I'm done with that store. I came through the drive thru and order a pizza and bread sticks again. She handed me a pizza and I asked if they had fresh bread sticks and explained to her my last experience. She said they didn't have any at all. I told well I can wait, so I pulled to the front and gave them some time. My son went in and got them for me. They were so burnt that there was NO bread inside!!! So I took them back in there I was gonna get some more or so I thought. There were people in line complaining also. When I looked in the back at the employees they were not using goves at all. He was messing with the dough, putting toppings on, and scratching his head. I went got the pizza out of the car and explained to her what I seen. My kids were gonna eat that pizza. I asked for my money back!!! I called and asked for a manager the next morning. He explained to me that they didn't HAVE to wear gloves the stove would kill the germs!!! Are you serious!!! He told me he would give me some free food...like I wanna come back up there and eat there. GROSS!!! I told him I use to be a manager at three fast food restaurants, and that WOULD be a violation!!! He said he would let his general manager know!!! I am warning you guys DO...
Read moreWent to the Little Caesar's in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, Saturday, September 5, 2020, 9:25 PM to the drive-thru. All I wanted was a Hot and Ready pepperoni, nothing more. As I approached the location, ALL of their exterior lights were off and, although the internet showed they were open to 11:00 PM, it appeared they were already closed. I pulled in anyway as there were two cars in line. It was my turn and I pulled to the window where the male took my order. He told me they were out of everything and if I wanted anything, I would HAVE to wait. Not too long ago, I was an Assistant Manager for a Little Caesar's and am aware of how it works. I figured I would wait the eight minutes it would take and paid for my pizza. He handed my receipt and said to pull around to the front, it would be 15 to 20 minutes!! I told him that I could not wait that long and asked for a refund. He was visibly agitated and left the window. He came back with a boxed pizza and handed it to me! I asked how he had that pizza and he replied that he took it from someone else's order. I said, "No,: that that person would want their food when they came to pick it up. He took the pizza back and took a position against the counter, just standing there. I told him to just forget it and out of sheer frustration and disbelief that a company could run a business in such a haphazard and unprofessional manner, I left. I did not get a...
