Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Muscle Shoals

Service was friendly, the best pizzas I've had from here in a very long time, the food was done by they time I left my house and pulled up at the restaurant. The only thing I always have a problem with has nothing to do with the food but leaving the parking lot on Avalon Avenue is a wreck waiting to happen. I hope someone can redo the parking lot so customers can go around the building to the red light where customers can get home safely. It's a really big deal, I'm sure many people avoid going here because of the location and tiny parking lot. I have to park in the parking lot next door so I can get out when I'm in my 4 door truck. I'm really impressed by the new management and staff at this facility, I've been going here for years and I've actually worked at this location year's ago. Called to order wings today & pizza today for my employees, as a business person myself with a company this was the most unprofessional service I have ever had. I know things happen, but when I talked directly to the manager and give the location, I was in the process of explaining it and was told, “ I don’t know, that’s why I’m asking you all these damn questions”! From the manager. I find this appalling as a business owner. If your employees cannot help a customer it’s up to manager to improve the quality of the order & transaction, not make the situation worse. So, I politely told her that was unprofessional & rude and I called Dominos, GOOD EXCELLENT SERVICE! Way to go Dominoes, and Pizza Hut was my favorite. I was so disappointed. The staff was uneducated about product, policies & coupon guidelines. I'm pretty sure they were understaffed. I was put on hold for over 5 minutes & had to call back. When I went to pick up my order the person working the register was unauthorized to take my payment. They had already messed up the order in front of me. The guy working the register had long fingernails with dirt caked underneath them. I should've just left. When I got home it was undercooked & my Supreme pizza was missing toppings. No mushrooms. (maybe that's why the guy asked me what came on a Supreme pizza) It will be a desperate day for me to eat...
