Need to be more clear on pricing. I ordered chopped steak. Menu states $13.99 and comes with a side salad and a side. I ordered with the salad and sautéed mushrooms. Bill was 12.99 + 1.00 + 3.99. I asked why and was told salad is optional. Price is actually 12.99 and if you choose a salad it's a dollar more (not stated on menu). I barely ate my salad bc I wasn't that hungry so had I known, I'd have not ordered it. The regular sides are 2.49 and premium (mushrooms and a couple others) are 3.99. Instead of just charging the upcharge of 1.49 like all other places, they charged the full 3.99 like I had ordered a complete other, exta side. With a tip it was over $22 for one person with only water to drink and the steak was over cooked, the mushrooms were too greasy instead of just buttery, and I won't complain about the salad b c it is only worth the extra dollar you spend (iceberg, tomatoes and a sprinkle of cheese so that's fair). I've been and the food has been better but I find it inconsistent. In their defense, I can't eat gluten which only leaves a few options on meat and sides so I haven't tried their menu extensively. They do offer a couple meat salads (chef, or add chicken or steak) if you like those. The ranch is homeade and good and I saw a happy hour sign from 5 to 7 which I believe was daily so that's a plus if drinking alcohol. The wait staff is always friendly but not...
Read moreWaitresses were very polite but the food was sub part at best. The burgers tasted like pure worshershire sauce, burnt on outside with raw spots on inside. I honestly could have made a better dish from home, and at their prices could have saved alot of money on better quality items from the grocery store. my assumption is they bought a bunch of great value brands to save a buck. There were also construction tools and some type of remodeling going on, so maybe they are working on the dated look of the inside. They had a karaoke machine randomly placed in the entrance, and pool tables to the right. At check out you approach a cluttered cashiers counter with misc items ranging from drill guns to loose newspaper clippings. I honestly hope this place takes reviews seriously because they will not last very long if the issues aren't addressed. Please get a better cook or train your current! My 7 year old son could prepare a dish...
Read moreIn town fishing. Dropped by to watch a little of the ballgame and get a bite to eat. Walked inaround 5:45pm on a saturday night. There was not a single dining customer, maybe 3 at the bar smoking cigarettes. No one to seat us at the door or to tell us to grab our own table. All the tables had backpacks and duffle bags on them. Did not appear that anyone has eaten food here for some time. Struck me as a dive bar, not a place to get something to eat. I did not purchase any food there so I can not speak for...
