Bushy's Pub & Grill — Restaurant in Muskego

Total disappointment. Went in to get a fish fry with our family. We ordered 3 fish fries and 1 steak along with appetizers. Our apps came out quick and tasted fine. We then proceeded to wait over an hour for the rest of our meal. About 30 mins into that hour we were approached and asked how everything was and we told them we haven’t gotten our food and she was confused as to why not...so she went and RE ORDERED our food. After 30 more minutes we approached the bar to ask where our food was...at the bar we witnessed bartenders and wait staff whom were all “overwhelmed” taking shots. There was a blonde (curly haired) bartender who we asked and she went to check for us. She then approached our table and told us out steak was the reason for the hold up. The steak needs 20 plus mins to cook...even if that were the case we should have had out food long before then...we tried to calmly explain how we had been there 2 hours and she wouldn’t listen to us. She was RUDE...and that’s putting it lightly. She interrupted us, wouldn’t listen to our side of things and accused us of lying. The only reason I’m giving even one star is because the lady who came to our table at the end of the meal was incredibly nice, apologetic and embarrassed...even though it was not her fault in the least. Bottom line, they should have more staff or at least more competent staff that don’t drink behind the bar during a dinner rush and get frazzled when a family of 4 and a baby come in to eat a fish fry on a Friday during lent in Wisconsin....the food was sub par at best. Wasn’t enjoyable most likely because of the experience as a whole. They will not be getting mine or my families...

Mothers Day 2022...New server (2nd day)...We had a tasty meal, but our appetizer was attempted to be served after our meal was delivered as well as one of the "extra's" for the meal was not provided at all so we asked that both be removed from the bill. After waiting 20 minutes after our meal ended and the request for the bill adjustment, we needed to leave so we went to the bar area to pay. We were preached to by the person behind the bar about how short staffed they were and most places are not open on Mother's Day, so we need to understand. In short we can understand the 2nd day server being slow, but not "the team" totally missing an appetizer and an 'extra side' item and then not taking the extra item off the bill ALONG WITH the big issue being getting preached to about understanding when we never contested anything except physically handing the bill over at the bar. Sharing this in the hope that someone looks into the training of staff as we don't feel "short staff" is the cause of everything stated above. At least apologize for the multiple issues rather than preach to the customer while...

We have been going to Bushys for years. The last year or so service has just been getting worse, but never wanted to bad mouth them until today. A group of 8 of us decided to ring the new year in by watching the Badgers game at Bushys. We never had a worse experience at a restaurant before. The service was so slow so we complained . We were informed that once again the owner had only 2 servers for the entire place for the Rose Bowl game on call. After waiting an hour and a half for food, every single order was wrong. Food was cold. We returned it. They brought it back after microwaving our wings which were now like rubber. My bacon cheese burger was a cheese burger. They forgot our onion rings. Brought us mozzarella sticks instead of bread sticks.It almost was comical on what they were going to do next. I have given Bushys multiple chances, but this was enough for us. We...
