So 8/31/25 at 8:42pm I placed a mobile order while in the parking lot. The food was out quick but when I got home, everything was messed up.
We spent almost $40 and we were missing 3 items. The items that we did get were wrong. Substitutions were not labeled and the tortillas were stale and the ones that weren't were soggy.
When we called some male zoomer answered was on the defensive immediately. We told him the food was wrong, missing and inedible. He stated "thats not possible, my food is good". It was not "good". It was terrible.
Then he called my wife a liar and accused her of making it up. He refused a refund due to ordering on the app. When we asked him to remake he it sarcastically stated "why do you want it remade if its garbage". I dont know, bro, maybe so you can remake it and make it right this time. He clearly needs the practice after pumping out subpar taco bell all night.
Then this clown said they were busy when they made it. No dude, it was like 9pm on a Sunday and it was a ghost town i was there in the drive thru. It was just me. We asked him for his name and he refused to give it to us, Im assuming to avoid us talking to his boss or the owner which we will be doing. Corporate will also be made aware.

Read moreThe worst experience ever!! Does not even deserve 1 star. I am a general manager for a large reputable company and would have never treated my guests the way this company did. I had just drove back a 3 and half hours trip and was tired and wanted something quick to relax for the night. We were going to order pizza but all decided to have tacos. My husband went up and ordered, waited over 20 min. When he came home he went to grab the 12 pack tacos the box broke out. He had also had a long day so my daughter and son in law said they would go back. She. They came in a explained the issue the coworker apologize and wanted to fix it. The manager did not! We expected to PAY for the new order for I have been in the industry long enough, I do not ever complain on service. The manager made my family wait and whole there a couple walked out because they were told they would have to wait over 30 min for a couple of tacos. So they said we will go to Tres Locos. Anyhow the manger told my family they were f- in lieing. So my son in law felt offended. They were told they were banned and was going to police. My family came home and explained the story. So I called the manager and she was so defensive would not hear anything I had to say and hung up on me. The one thing I know of the business you listen and apologize whether t8ght or wrong. Read moreI did know ahead of time before going here that it was well known for poor everything, but I wanted to see for myself. Our order did take the 15 or 20 minutes and my 2 chicken cheesy gordita crunches came out with having incorrect beef. I did not approach the counter to point this out in the sake of me just having some manners. So I will agree that, every complaint said does appear correct, I am just confused as to why "corporate" Taco Bell is not aware and almost blame them for not stepping in at this point for the sake of their reputation? In my investigation the service and complaints seem to go back more then 6 months? So there has been plenty of time to correct these problems. One would assume Taco Bell itself would demand it be closed for their "name's sake"? To the staffs credit, the woman who took our order was polite and went around the dining area to give everyone waiting also with an empty table an apology and some coupons towards future purchase. The strangest thing that appeared to me was the lack of staff it had? There was the one lady taking orders and only 3 others cooking.
