I occasionally use this Starbucks location, as I am around the area, but yesterday, Wednesday, June 10th, I realized that this location was not open. Typically, they were fairly slow, but were far from a long wait. But yesterday, they had set out a sign in ground of the drive through saying that they were open, but that customers would have to do an online order or go through the drive through. As through the online order, there was no place to pick it up as they locked the doors, and the sign aforementioned was blocking the drive through. I even tried to walk up to the drive through window, but the person/people inside weren’t even working, as one tried to signal me but it took me a minute to understand. Then the people seemed to disappear, and I had waited 1/2 an hour. I had paid, and used some reward points, but nobody even helped me as I called their location several times. Read moreI recently moved close to this location and the one in hales corners on hwy 100, and I am routinely left with a poorly made drink at the one in Hales corners so I am glad I found this location. Let me tell you, I LOVE this location here on Janesville. They make my drink right every single time, and even if I have to wait a little bit (it’s a pandemic right now, 5 extra minutes is completely okay), the staff members are super friendly and courteous.
Last time I went, they warned us at the speaker that they had a newer partner on bar so it’s a longer wait, and I’m a former Starbucks partner so I know how tough it can be at first so I didn’t mind at all. When I got my drink, it was great except the new partner used marshmallow whip instead of regular. I called the store and they told me they’d remake it for me next time I’m in. They’re super great, highly recommend this location.

We understand that most Starbucks have been closed down to inside dinning for quite awhile. But now that it's open again, it's time to do some cleaning! I couldn't get a good photo of the room divider, but the layer of dust that was on it was very thick. The flies were so bad we went to our car and ate.
The "lounge" chairs are really showing wear and have scared the wall behind them. I believe that all standalone Starbucks stores are company owned and they have the funds to maintain them.
Yes, we know help is hard to find but paying someone an hour or two overtime to clean up might be worth...
