Bellacino's Pizza & Grinders — Restaurant in Muskegon Charter Township

I ordered a Taco Pizza and a few other items. Got the pizza home and it had nothing on top of it! Just meat and cheese! No lettuce no tomato no salsa. I would assume that one of the two different kinds of cheese would be also on the top of the pizza with lettuce and tomatoes, but mine had none. I've never had a Taco Pizza from there before so I'm not certain if the cheese should be on top or not. I called as soon as I opened the box and she asked if I wanted her to make a new one! Well I would have loved her to do so, but I'm supposed to drive back there and let the rest of my food get cold? So she told me, "I'll put your name in the book for next time!" Very upset with the way the shift manager handle the problem with my refund or remake! My sub was made incorrectly and no one apologized for the inconvenience of leaving a topping completely off. And the way the phone call was ended was a joke just a click. No "I'm sorry" for the inconvenience or here let me take care of that. I placed an online order at 6:09 pm today for pickup at 6:40. We attempted to pick up our order to find (we were told) it was never made. So we have them start making it then and it should be ready in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later at 7:20, we find out our order was given to someone else. They are now making our order AGAIN. The people who got our order called in and said they would bring it back. Bellacinos said we could take that one once they brought it back (excuse me?
