Pop a Top — Restaurant in Muskegon

What a bummer to be able to impact someone's day and have a bartending JOB and be soooo very RUDE!! I have never visited this bar before. I really had to use the bathroom and was excited to see they had a pool table. That is the 1 thing.. positive I can say after an under 5 min experience at Pop a Top. Every time I have drove by, and it has always had a empty parking lot. I was thinking maybe just that time of day. It wasn't the reason!! If that is the owner.. his "have a nice day" comment after I told him how rude he was being..was a jab. But Sir, thank you. I will have a nice day, I am sorry you and your business are NOT! Please hear me.. you have a chance to uplift, be kind. Although I didn't buy anything and flushed a toilet, used some soap from your place it could have been turned into a positive time ..had you had some patience. Then this 1star I am giving.. could have been more. I have many friends who I could have told, then they would have had the chance to tell people. Word of mouth, social media and the internet are free...

We visited a few months ago but will remember for awhile! Great bartender even tho she was new she was great! We Had an emotional experience rememembering family lost that frequented there as well as some of his friends. The bartender really was friendly, helpful, & did her job well as well as comfort with a hug a cryin patron in our party as we remembered a loved one! Believe first initial might of been a T.
