I don’t know what has happened but ever since you guys went deli, the product has dropped in quality SEVERELY. you guys think we like the big buds but we DO NOT. 5 buds makes an ounce like no thank you. a stem from that nug is 2 grams alone it’s just ridiculous. It smells like nothing and the taste is even worse. You guys changed the points so now we can’t use them unless we reach a certain amount you guys are really just changing for the worst and i know it isn’t the actual employees who work in the store it’s the HIGHER UPS. so don’t read this review and try giving a talking to your staff because it’s not them. i got a double ounce and over half of it is TRIM. not shake, not broken up buds but actual trim. and ofcourse they won’t make it right because it “was on sale” however, if i knew it had all this trim leaves in it i would NOT have purchased it sale or not. I would never smoke shake in my life i’d quit before i ever inhale that trash so as you can imagine i am beyond distraught about my double ounce i bought TWO days ago that is already GONE. do better sozo, you guys have gotten so bad since losing the people you had for a while and changing to deli. This was my first time shopping at Sozo, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. To start, the staff was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The facility itself was clean, uncluttered, and well-organized, making it easy to find the products I was looking for. The only issue I encountered was during checkout. Their payment processing system wouldn't take my card, or my bank wouldn't allow the transaction, I'm not sure which. However, it wasn't much of a problem because they offer an ATM in the lobby, allowing me to withdrawal cash instead, without having to leave the premises. My one recommendation would be to make a quick stop at the bank on your way if I want to avoid the fee charged by their lobby ATM. Otherwise, great experience overall and looking forward to...

I like Sozo Muskegon because it is near my home and the products that I use are of a variety good quality. The quality to price ratio is comparable to the other vendors in the market and if you shop the sales and specials you can find a deal on your favorite items. My only quibble is the training of new employees. I think that new or less experienced staff should have a little more guidance when working the showroom. The last time I was there the young person who worked with me had a great deal of enthusiasm and was a real joy to talk with but nearly every question I had for her had to be handed off to a more experienced person in another room.
