Yummy Delights On The Lakeshore — Restaurant in Muskegon

What a find. After a trip to Wonderland Distillery we needed to pick up a dessert on our way to dinner with friends. Google Maps led us to Yummy Delights down the street in Lakeside.

We left with four items and we were ‘Yummily Delighted’ with all of them, as were our friends: Tres Leches, Banana Pudding, Death By Chocolate, and 7-Layer Bar.

The items were very fresh and very good. We have been disappointed by bakeries like this in the past. Stale products, overly floury products. But not here. Yummy Delights knows their craft and executes it is extremely well.

Even the packaging was done right - making it easy to eat it quickly (it turns out the 7-Layer bar did not survive the trip to our friends’ place …) or travel with it for a bit before enjoying it.

Seriously such an amazing place with some amazing people running it. My fiancé & I have tried so many of their things, which we have come to love. I don’t think there is a single thing either of us have had here that we did not like. I’m a picky eater too, so it’s nice to know I have a go to sweet treat spot.
