Dollar General — Local services in Muskegon

Dollar general is great on prices and has a great employee names Gwen., but that's about the only positive thing I can say about this location. Everytime I go , its a huge mess in the store! More product in boxes than shelves. Customers are so rude, which I can look past but one of the employees is just​ always lacking in customer service and seems to always be having a bad day(which I know because she's always talking about it Everytime I go in) . So far the only positive experience I've had is when Gwen waits on me. She's positive and fast. Even if it's super hetic she's always polite. Great job gwen! Only reason I gave dollar...

Store is convenient, but it was junky and I'm not sure if it's like that all the time but everytime I go it's a pile of miscellaneous things in an isle and it doesn't seem like they clean the floors. I gave this two stars out of five, because like I said it's convenient and they have everything you might need, for the most part. When my phone was stolen out of my car, there camera's weren't even turned that way and they literally didn't do anything but show me the useless angles of what the camera got. Muskegon Mi, Henry Street: The Floor Clerks very help full, cashier greeted me even took time to say an extra few words a long with a smile. (She even had a long line) When I left she said Thank You and have a nice Holiday. I Retired from Meijer after 38 years so I really APPRECIATE a nice, caring, respectful cashier. Been there once before about 4 yrs. ago went in on 12/18/18 enjoyed my shopping went back 12/20/18 and 12/22/18. There between - 12:30pm -2:00pm.
