Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Muskogee

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I have tried this place 3 times now. 1st time: Pick up. Messed up a $200 order (let it go because it was such a huge order) 2nd time: Delivery. Horribly tasting pizza that was dry and tasted like it had been sitting in a warmer for far too long. Meat was dried out. 3rd time: $120 order. Thought everything was good. Until I tried to eat a piece of the chicken alfredo pizza. Thank god I was using a fork (because I had to reheat it after the drive home), because out pops a rock from my spinach chunk in the middle of the piece of pizza. So now, third time in, I go in to talk to a manager because this to me was unacceptable. The "manager" I got to talk to, some young kid with dreads, immediately jumps to the defense and says "well, we don't have rocks in here", well no s**t guy, kind of why im here, there SHOULDNT be rocks in your kitchen but there obviously is......he asks me what I want him to do? I said I would like my money back. He says well how was the other food? As if the rock in my pizza was no big deal.....I then tell him I would like a refund for THAT pizza and not the whole order. He says well I cant do that. I then told him that someone could have bit down on that and broke a tooth or worse a child could have choked on it. He says yea but that didn't happen. I then asked for the rock back so that I may photograph it and put it in my review. I also made sure to tell them my next step was this review and corporate. This is unacceptable and should have been dealt with accordingly. We have a rather large family. So when we order food, it is never cheap! With that being said, I expect to receive food that will not injure or kill someone in my family!!!! AND what is the deal with the ranch? You ruined the ranch, too? AVOID AT...

I pulled up the drive thru because the app was screwed up to make an order. Cashier took my order and card. Said the system was messing up but not to worry, he would go ahead and get my order started..I said cool, I'll be back in 20 mins. He said it would be done by then.

I come back in 20 mins. A lady is now the cashier and has no idea what I'm talking about, she told me my order was half way done and took my payment. I said I would be back in 10 mins..she said it would be ready.

I came back in 10 mins, this time I went in, I walked in she said, " the food is like half way thru the oven right now and there are 4 pizzas ahead of yours" didn't she tell me my food was half way done 10 min ago? So this was a lie. I said, fine I'll wait 15 more mins. At this point the total time I had been waiting was 56 mins. I walked to the counter and told her I had been waiting 56 mins. She just said, do you want your money back. I said yes. She didn't apologize, offer me a coupon for another visit, she just refunded me and I walked out.

This is not acceptable customer service. If I had known my order was never put in in the first place I wouldn't have paid and I just would have went...

Omg my husband grew up on this place when it was located in Tyler Texas. The 16 years we've been together this is all he talked about to me about wishing it was one close by. We live near Galveston and the closest to us is Nederland Texas which I just found out a couple of days ago. If someone in Corporate sees this please please please put one in Galveston county ! I can guarantee you'll have customers an buisness booming constantly. There's no other Pizza like Mazzio's I promise. I told my husband this was my first time trying it and no other place can match up to this place. I refuse to eat any other pizza and wings from anywhere else! The wings (lemon pepper) OMG had seasoning all the way to the bone ! I kid you not my husband cried while eating at Mazzio's because it brought back child hood memories. Don't let me get on the price , you'll get more for your bucks and it is totally worth it. This exact location the manager is cool and respectful and so is the young lady who worked the register .
