Ramiro I think his name was on the ticket is the worst server I've ever had. Go to this place for lunch all the time and the food is always good but when you get him as a server it's going to be terrible every single time. I've gotten him as a server 4 times and every time it's the worst experience. He is rude and short. Doesn't listen nor understands what your saying. Does not check on you or if you need anything. Can't make a beer to save his life. Fyi salt goes on the rim not at the bottom of the glass Ramiro because all that does is make salty beer that's had all the carbonation removed from it due to the salt and it foams up and spill over at the table after he brings it to you like really? Like I said the food has been spot on everytime I've been but this last time was horrid. The salsa tasted like spoiled cottage cheese or gone off milk. Tried to let him know that 3 times and all 3 times he walked off as soon as I brought it up. My buddy that was with me asked over 4 times for a new drink and some lemon for his water and it never came out. Got the orders wrong as well and he had to come back out to the table 3 times to walk up and look at my buddies plate then walk off and double check if the food was right. Not to mention the whole time I was there every table he serviced sent their plates back or didn't touch their food after 1 bite and one table just got up and left. I have no idea if they are understaffed today and if that made the service less than but what I can say is Ramiro should not be working there period. He has consistently been the worst server 4 times in a row now and how he even still has a job is beyond me. Rude. Bad at the job. Doesn't understand English well enough so he messes up orders all the time. Have 2 other friends that come here as well and they all say the same thing about him. He is horrible at the job or just prejudice towards white people either for I don't care. He is ruining the image of your restraunt. Do with that what you will. Ill be walking out every time I get him as a server and so will others as well. Not even sure the guys name is Ramiro. The ticket said Ramiro #3 so whoever that is is the one who needs...

I ordered 2 meals online however I didn’t Mean to place it at this store on 32nd. I called them and told them I didn’t mean to place it and it was the wrong location they proceed to tell me my order is there and it’s ready in a couple mins. I asked the man to go ahead and cancel my order because I wasn’t able to pick it up and wanted a refund he told me he didn’t know how to do it and to call back in the morning for the manager I gave him my name and my number and he didn’t give the info to the manager. He said all they’re gonna do for me is throw the food away because I can’t pick it up. They have no idea how to do a refund very unknowledgeable. I called back in the morning and spoke to the manager who is SUPER rude he told me I should’ve called last night and my money would NOT be refunded and my food was in the trash and that he would not refund me. Horrible customer service, horrible food, horrible atmosphere. They did remake my food but it was horrible super soggy, burnt, and not good at all. ALL I WANTED WAS MY $ back. WORD OF ADVICE go to SENIOR LOPEZ grill on York st. Excellent customer service and great food. Lopez on 32nd st will never get my business again. UPDATE - Called them and told them about the food and the manger proceeds to tell me IM the reason my food is nasty because I didn’t get my order and he had to remake it wouldn’t surprise me if I end up sick from them very shady and unprofessional. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a fantastic experience at Lopez Grill Mexican Restaurant! We were driving through from Texas to get back to northwest Arkansas and decided to take 69.

The food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. We started with the white queso and their homemade salsa. They were both so good. We ordered the steak and chicken fajitas, the steak fajita nachos, and the kids had the chicken nuggets with French fries — everything was flavorful, fresh, and satisfying.

I have never been to a place like this before where the food came out so fast, hot, and delicious — and the prices couldn’t be beat! The portions were generous, and the value was incredible.

The service was excellent — friendly, fast, and attentive. The staff made us feel welcome right away and took great care of us. The atmosphere was clean, warm, and inviting, making it a great spot for families.

The only small downside was that there’s only one bathroom stall for the women’s bathroom, which can cause a short wait when it’s busy. But honestly, that’s minor compared to how amazing everything else was.
